There is plenty of options right on your door step. From pubs to restaurants, even the high street which has a plethora of commercial fastfood places and equally as many super markets to go to. But why do so when tescos Is right on your doorstep 😘. Accessibility to get around the city is fantastic, from DLR, overground going into the heart of London or out of. The building team are fantastic as well! Very thoughtful and communicative. Always saying hello and nothing seems to be too much for them to help with. As I've been living here happily for 2 years now and was on of the first to move into the block

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes it can take a moment to get through to someone and maybe a little more communication with organisation of needed to visit flats to do works. But otherwise fantastic

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

People who drive - doesn't seem to be much offering in terms of car parking

The location is really amazing for me with great transport links!!! I do wish the pathway between the building towards the train station were a bit more well lit but can honestly say I’ve never had a problem

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Said they would raise with homebox but nothing has been done

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew About homebox!!! I’d rather pay my own bills!!

Love the community, the pubs and transport nearby. It is probably a little less safe that I would have hoped for.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always respond. Sometimes immediate, sometimes with a wait, but they handle things that are not working and usually quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the area is a little dangerous at night, but regarding building itself - nothing.

Excellent Tesco supermarket Excellent transport connections Station area precinct is definitely unsafe at night. Recent suicide and high crime rate. Recent stabbings with numerous blood stains to pavements noticed on my walk to station on morning of 22 June. As a retired guy in my early 70’s I will not be able to leave or return to the apartment after dark due to safety concerns.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Excellent . They have always acknowledged my concerns and have made efforts to respond quickly and courteously. Full marks !!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The community in this development are peaceful folk, courteous. polite and friendly. No issues whatsoever.

The local area is great! I love Lewisham and it would only be made better by access to station through the back.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Junior is amazing. He responds quickly is professional and just an all around great guy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how poor management would be and then finish quality of things.
