Great area, pretty quiet. There are a few stores nearby and more in Canary Wharf. We’re also pretty close to Asda.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The response has been pretty slow, so we would be happier to see issues being resolved a little faster. Generally it’s ok.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There were some marks or stains on our walls when we moved in so that was a little sad. We managed to fix it ourselves though.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a very nice area to live in, nice scenery and facilities. However it is almost always loud and I can never find myself suitable parking for a decent price.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Many of my ongoing issues are still being resolved however my issue with other stuff have been resolved sufficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about the area a bit more. There can be a lot of illegal activity going on and can make me feel unsafe at times

The area has many great places to go for walks in the morning or evening, there are many parking spaces for cars. However, at times people throw rubbish out of their window which could injure someone.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This is a very beautiful and pretty quiet area! I do think it would’ve been nice that we would have a storage space per apartment. I’ve seen buildings before with some storage space underground and that would be really useful for us as we have a one bedroom apartment. I’m satisfied with the bin collections, but I can’t give my opinion on parking as I don’t have a car. I’m really happy with the fact that more restaurants are coming and that we have small grocery stores nearby. The best part is probably that we’re located close to the Elizabeth line and close to Canary Wharf!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have to admit sometimes the response to issues has been slow, so that doesn’t always go as well as we would expect.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It was unfortunate that our walls had a few scratche/stains as I don’t remember them being there during our visit.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
DLR is only a few minutes walking distance which will take you almost anywhere, otherwise you can reach the Jubilee line in 5 minutes or the Elizabeth line in 10 minutes, you can get almost anywhere in London under 40 minutes. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, and if you want to do some shopping you can always pop by Canary Wharf on a few minutes walking distance.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Excruciatingly, painfully slowly. Every issue before or shortly after handover was handled perfectly fine, but after that it was clearly not a priority to help us with anything anymore, leaving most issues unanswered, and many issues are not even raised anymore as it's not worth our time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The extremely high quality of the buildings insulation. With 40 degrees outside it staid a nicely fresh 27 degrees inside.
