We need stronger bicycle security in Canary Wharf—bikes endanger people, kids, and pets on walkways.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management was very helpful when our dog Luigi was attacked at the terrace by another dog.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we didn’t have a gym inside our building , and that we only have access to one gym

Very good location. Near landscapes gardens and river but close enough to shops. Canary Wharf is perfect location as east’s cascades to central London but close enough to the Docklands and green spaces in East London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well although some issues on sustainability front need more genuine attention and investment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Restrictions on outdoor terraces use. The sustainable practices and whether they are genuinely being followed including commitment to green and sustainable practices in general.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really great location for transport, facilities, restaurants and nightlife. Also lovely to be near the water.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly, but the issues I had took a long time to get resolved and some weren't resolved at all. There's not much flexibility on when the repairers can come so difficult to manage unless you work/study from home. I think that's an issue in most places, but here we pay for better service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartment is darker than I thought. If natural light is important for you, definitely turn the lights off when you do the viewing. Other than that the place is great and the people are nice.

I would choose this area again.. we have found the convenience of shopping,entertainment,transport and safety fantastic … it can feel like a community but like all things in life you just have to make the effort as many invites to social events

Quickly also professional and kindly Helpful in most areas which are in there control

Felt that regarding inside flats that a tutorial on how things work would be most helpful! In particular intercom! What controls are for what in the main cupboard ie heated wall panel in bathroom which was already switch on and I was unaware

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really love how Canary Wharf keeps developing — the new restaurants, green spaces, and community atmosphere get better every year. It’s an incredible place to live and walk around, especially by the water. That said, I’m quite concerned about the large groups of bikers that ride around almost every day. They often move in packs and can feel quite intimidating, especially in the evenings. I hope the local authorities address this soon — it’s a small issue in an otherwise fantastic and evolving neighborhood.

Always amazing. Very friendly staff and team. They are always helpful

I think the neighborhood is becoming less safe. So I would be aerate of that. We need more security guards.
