I love the community , and the people at Vertus , aswell as the shops and caffees around the area. Everything is easy to find and access

responded but never really solved the issues which gave been raised

That there are less facilities than expected in the building

A perfect area. We use to live in Newfoundland tower, and this location has a more residential feel to it. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes on your doorstep. And perfect location for walking your dogs too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had many issues but any minor ones have been sorted very quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the roof terrace does in fact close every winter

Wood Wharf is a terrific location to live. Extremely safe and clean with instant access to everything you could need from bars, restaurants and leisure facilities right through to the more mundane BUT necessary such as doctors, dentist and post office.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt and professional. The app helps in terms of comms. Umar and Sam clearly look to maintain high standards

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A more complete demo of the apartment ahead of moving in would be helpful. A tutorial on the different metres, energy control and the intercom system would be prime examples.

Canary Wharf is safe, clean, relatively quiet and peaceful, but still provided easy access to all the convenience and culture that London offers. The restaurants are plentiful and easy enough to get into even at the busiest times. Everything needed to enjoy life is accessible. There is always something to do. It’s also nice to see water, boats, swans and other nature and wildlife all around you on a daily basis.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance issues are generally handled quickly and efficiently once reported.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Utilities are managed by a contracted third party provider. I don’t mind it as I didn’t have to contract each utility myself and every thing just worked when I moved in, but some residents seem to think they could get better pricing handling utilities on their own.

Great range of shops and restaurants. Clean, safe. Well connected. Great location. Parking availability could be better for residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

very well - they are quick and responsive and always happy to help.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only thing I would say is that for a furnished apartment, there was very little flexibility for swapping out any bits of furniture, even smaller items such as TV which we would normally Expect to remove. Being able to use the other buildings’ facilities is a major plus. All great features that would’ve sold it to us even more!
