Living in Bloom building has been nothing short of a magnificent experience. From the moment I step through the doors after a long day's work, I'm greeted with a sense of ease and comfort that permeates every corner of the building. The amenities are truly outstanding, offering flexibility and the ability to tailor my experience to suit my needs perfectly. The spacious and well-designed apartment layout optimizes every inch of space, providing both functionality and comfort. It's a joy to come home to such a well-appointed living space. However, what truly sets this place apart is the exceptional staff. They are not only incredibly kind but also always available to assist with any request. Their dedication to creating a welcoming and supportive community is evident in every interaction, making me feel truly valued and at home. In summary, there's no better place to live. From the stunning amenities to the caring and attentive staff, every aspect of this community contributes to a truly exceptional living experience. I feel fortunate to be a part of it!

The facilities at the development are undoubtedly one of its main strengths. With two swimming pools, two gyms, co-working spaces, and thoughtfully designed communal areas, it’s clear that a lot of effort has gone into creating an appealing and well-equipped living environment. However, a number of recurring issues are increasingly affecting the experience for long-term residents. One of the more significant concerns is the presence of short-term lets. Several apartments appear to be leased to an external agency, either due to initial difficulties in filling the units or as part of a pre-existing agreement with the property manager, Greystar. Unfortunately, this has resulted in the development feeling more like a hotel than a residential community. The impact of short-term occupants has been noticeable. Parties, littering, damage to communal areas, and rude behaviour towards staff have all been reported. While such conduct may come from a minority, its effect is felt widely across the building and undermines the sense of comfort and community for residents who call this place home. Additionally, the pet-friendly policy—while welcomed by many—has created ongoing issues with dog fouling. Too often, pet owners fail to clean up after their animals, especially when accidents occur in communal areas. This again reflects a broader issue of some residents mistreating shared spaces, contributing to a general sense of decline. Compounding these frustrations is a lack of proactive management when it comes to resolving such issues. Reports of dog fouling and a persistent mouse infestation are met with claims of enforcement and fines, but the continued nature of these problems suggests little to no meaningful follow-through. Other concerns include the ongoing unavailability of key facilities. The East Pool has been out of action for over three weeks, and the Jacuzzi has now been out of service for more than two months, with no clear communication or timeline for repair—despite the fact that we are now heading into summer, when demand is highest. Residents understandably feel short-changed when advertised amenities are unavailable for extended periods without transparency or compensation. Finally, the communal BBQ area, which was previously included in the rent, has recently had usage charges imposed due to misuse by a small number of individuals. This penalises the wider resident base for the actions of a few and adds to the sense that the development is increasingly shifting responsibility onto residents rather than addressing root issues directly. All of these problems point to a wider concern: that the development, while marketed as a premium residential offering, ultimately prioritises investor returns over resident wellbeing. Without stronger, more visible management and accountability, the living experience will continue to fall short of expectations.

Apartment seemed like the dream, with amazing facilities in an ideal location. Unfortunately, the amenities are not as advertised. While listings and signs outside the building will tell you that "all amenities are included when you rent at Bloom", this very quickly changed after I moved in. A 50 euro non refundable "cleaning fee" to use BBQs, very tight restrictions of only 2 guests allowed in pool area. Some facilities in need of maintenance (holes in pool table pockets, no working jacuzzi for a couple of months - although I believe this is due to a parts delay). I am accepting that not everything will be perfect but the introduction of these new BBQ/pool rules has really annoyed a lot of residents, and two of my friends who were about to arrange a viewing are now looking elsewhere. Reception staff are lovely.

Bloom is a beautiful development with top notch shared facilities. However, management seems to struggle with enforcing basic standards, such as fining residents that let their pets soil kid-designated areas, and instead are trickling down on adding more rules. As a result, there are hardly any children in the private playground, and there is a rodent infestation.

Great design with lots of amenities. Very modern and community driven. Property management is also competent and available 24/7. Makes it a very secure and comfortable place to live in London. Pools and rooftops are a great place to network with other residents.
