Canary Wharf is a bubble we love living in. It has everything we need without having to leave the area. There are no bad aspects of life on the Estate.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The issues are addressed quickly once submitted through the app.

I would encourage any new residents to participate in all the activities that the Vertus team works hard to coordinate for residents.

Very nice flat with everything we need for our home, including bike storage, gym, lounge / study area

I can raise my issue through the app or talk to the front desk

I wished I had known the utility bill is handled by a firm called community utility, and I cannot switch energy suppliers. The utility bill is quite high

Overall, it is a very good environment. However, I have observed that in shopping malls, teenagers sometimes steal items when there is no security present or display aggressive behaviour toward shop assistants at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management responded very quickly to problems. For example, when the door battery stopped working, they resolved it the same day without any delay.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about how much natural light the flat receives during the day. It also would have been helpful to get clearer instructions on how to use the air conditioning. In addition, I wish I had been told which Vertus buildings I can access with my key.

Love the variety of grocery stores and ahops available near woodwharf. Its close by to the jubilee line ans elizabeth line, which i didnt expect.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are abit slow when it comes to responses but they eventually do get back and have the issues fixed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didnt know how convenient it is to all the shops and tube lines! Wish I knew how noisy it and bright it can get at night due to all the neighboring buildings and maintenance held at night.

my moving process is pretty rush, and a lot of utilities ar under bad conditions. But management team help to fix them

Really fast and responsible on repairing and responding to the request

No ice maker in the fridge, and mailbox mey needs time to prepare ( since I still don't have my mail box key until now)
