Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is located near the town centre, and since its in the town centre most people would assume it is noisy and there often disturbances, but no, this are is very quiet, you won't even notice this is a main road near the town centre. All the shops are 2 to 5 to 10 min away (Tesco, sainsbury, Aldi, lidl, M&S and waitrosse. It's oposite the Eden shopping centre, whre you'll find many stores for clothes shopping, house stuff and also restaurants cinema and bowling. If you don't drive this is also the prefect location, in addition to all amenities mentioned above you also have the bus garage inside the shopping centre and you can take a bus to the nearby cities such as reading, slaw... the development is 8min from the training station, with frequent trains to London ( Marylebone) and Oxford. If you're into running or walking there is the Rye park with plenty of space for that and picnic. The Rye also have play area for big kids and toddlers, and often, when the kids are on holiday tolhe do fun fair in the park, there is always entertainment for kids, and the Eden shopping centre always have activities for kids when they are on holiday and the best part is that some activities are free, you just need to book a slot. We also have High Wycombe hospital 2 min away, which is excellent in case you need their services. As if this wasn't good enough we also have a university 2min away ( BNU) . 15min away near waitrosse there is a coach stop, with buses to Heathrow, Gatwick, Oxford...honestly, the list is endless

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes they don't meet the timelines they provide, but if keep pursuing the issue they will solve it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rent price was low when we moved in, I wish i knew it would get expensive in advance, soon I won't be able to afford this rent, which is a shame since I love living here.
