The building is a nice place to live as a student. It has many rooms for us to go in and study in peace. Callum on concierge is very nice and is always helpful. Caitlin, Kyran, Andy, Paige and Anton are also great additions to the team!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always courteous when it comes to dealing with requests.

I moved from another country, so having friendly staff to make me feel at home was nice.

The area is surrounded by cafe's and restaurants that are pet friendly. The staff here make sure the communal areas are kept up to scratch, Callum, Caitlin, Kyran, Anton, Andy and Paige are so helpful. They are always there to collect parcels and keep them safe. Millie and Sophie who moved us in was a life-saver alongside the concierge team with any concerns!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a broken washine machine upon move in, but this was handled straight away!

I have been living here since August 26th 2024 and have had several issues with the parking that have not seemed to resolve as time has passed. Everytime I go towards the shutters I am met with anxiety on whether they will open or not even after paying £180 a month for the car park. The intercom button doesn’t even work which again is a shock given the amount we are expected to pay for the car parking every month. My husband has to get out of the car to open the shutters from the inside which I find unreasonable again given by how much we are paying. When I have gone to the desk to raise this issue I was met by agency staff who rolled his eyes at me whilst I raised this issue with him. Jack has given a month of free parking to compensate in the past which I do appreciate but for this issue to continuously arise is becoming quite ridiculous and causing issues for me too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some staff do not know how to help in terms of reactivating the car pass we have which means I have to continuously come down to reception until I find someone who can help me with my issues.

The car parking issues I would have had even after paying £180 monthly.

The local area is full of fun activities, which is amazing for our busy schedule! We can run out business from home using the local amenities, which makes life so much easier! The 24/7 concierge makes life that little bit easier!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently!

Callum, Caitlin, Kyran, Andy and Paige are amazing to have working with us at The Lexington, they always provide a super friendly atmosphere and no job is ever too big for them. They will make sure to go above and beyond for the residents here.

We are able to report anything we have issues with instantly using the MODA app!

How convenient life living in the city can actually be, you'd think it would be a nightmare!
