I like the fact there is private parking on site with e chargers so dont need to try and find a space every day

there was always someone or solution on hand if problem came up

The local area is suitable for everyday life, with several supermarkets, small shops, and restaurants nearby. Public transportation is accessible, although buses can be delayed during busy times. The neighbourhood is generally quiet, with only occasional noise from traffic. Bin collections are regular and effective. Parking can be difficult, especially during weekends. While there have been some rare cases of anti-social behaviour, the area still feels relatively safe. The streets are clean and the public spaces are maintained to a decent standard.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In general, the building management responds to most issues within a reasonable amount of time. While some minor problems such as maintenance requests may take a few days to resolve, more urgent matters are usually dealt with quickly. One of the main reasons for this efficiency is the support from James at the front desk. He is always approachable and follows up on any concerns raised by residents. His assistance often speeds up the whole process and makes communication much easier.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier that some of the facilities, such as the lounge and gym, can be fully booked during peak hours, especially in the evening. It would have helped to plan around this. Another thing is that the front desk, especially James, is extremely helpful and kind. His support really improves the quality of daily life here, and knowing this before moving in would have given me more confidence about choosing this development.

Brilliant location, can easily walk into town. Well insulated so no issues with external noise. Shops within a few minutes walk, with shops opening on-site soon. Underground secure parking (at additional cost).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance issues I've reported on the app have been dealt with immediately.

Thought there would be more events than there are.

I would like to say the traffic noise is slightly obvious as I am facing the West Approach Road by living in a duplex and a lower floor, everything else is fine, I like the open-view window to enjoy the sunset when there's one.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick response to either my common query or a maintenance request, and 100% solved!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I could knew that usually the website does not include every information I want to know from there, for example I know this is a duplex on the moving-in day, which is not what I originally expected, it was not labelled as DUPLEX before when I was booking, but I saw that now it has been showed, which is great!

Good aspect: The staffs are very nice and the fertility are very helpful, I enjoy the vibe of this building. Bad aspect: Noise is a big problem. The furniture’s leg should be covered with some noise isolation material. For many times the noise from the furniture upstairs drives me crazy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once my heating doesn’t work and they come in time to fix it. Thank you very much.

Some rooms face south and have a balcony, but some ones not!
