Living at Edwalton Fields has been a very pleasant and peaceful experience so far. The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and feels very safe and family-friendly. There are convenient local amenities and green spaces nearby, making it a great environment for daily walks and relaxing. Parking is generally adequate, and the overall atmosphere is calm with very little traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The property management team and our consultant have been very responsive and professional, addressing all our questions promptly and clearly providing all necessary move-in guidance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known beforehand just how wonderfully peaceful, quiet, and beautiful the surrounding environment would be right from day one. It makes living here an absolute joy.

We really like living at Martello Lakes. Having Aldi practically on the doorstep is so convenient, and there’s a lovely park and open space right in front of our property, which is great. There are also plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants nearby in Hythe, and with Folkestone town centre only a short distance away there is loads on your doorstep like B&M etc. The area is generally quiet and feels safe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Naturally with new builds there were a few teething issues such as plumbing etc but they were dealt with promptly so I can’t fault it at all.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly there’s nothing I wish I had of known because everything really has exceeded my expectations the property and quality is fantastic the only thing that can’t be helped because it’s a new build is the amount of dust you get from the builders working on site so don’t leave your windows wide open lol

Outside the centre of Salisbury with great access to buses into town. Very friendly neighbours and good parking at the house. Unfortunately traffic in Salisbury is busy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only recently moved in. We have not had to raise any concerns yet

Cars can get quite dusty as there is still work ongoing.

Lovely local area with lots to do and see. Plenty of beautiful natural spaces for walking/running as well as lovely local pubs & restaurants to eat in. Close to towns for retail shops. Estate is nice & quiet with nice neighbours & parks for children. Close to Basingstoke canal for walks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they quickly fixed a plumbing issue when we first moved in.

Don’t move any furniture on the vinyl flooring!!!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a nice area. There is a shop 5mins walk away, pub and places to eat within 15 min walk. Close to a train station and bus stop. Really quiet development and nice space for kids to ride their bikes safely, with a playground being built. Enough parking for residents and visitors so there is no need for cars to park on pavements.

Really promptly. You can call up or use the app and they responded within 30 mins

I never knew how easy renting a property would be.
