I don’t really have anything bad to say about the area. The shops are within easy reach by car, there are some lovely paths to walk with dogs, the area is still in development so will have further future facilities available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Any issues in relation to the moving process have been communicated to me very well

The only thing I could think of is I wish I moved in sooner to the property

I can't think of any negative points of the location, next door to the meadows for lovely walks, great transport links driving and buses, brand new local lidl and good pubs. Location is ideal. Very quiet, no problems with anti-social behaviour at all and the parking is great. There is no noise here at all, very peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always been responsive and have contacted us in the time frame they said they would and have worked around our needs and schedules.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We love living here. Although the garden gets absolutely no sun and the drainage is awful. Except for that no negative points.

Fantastic area with a large selection of convenient amenities, the general area is very quite. The transport connections in to London are fantastic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Too early to comment on this other than the excellent customer focused service provided by your rep Sahar.

Terrible UK weather after many years of living in the Middle East, more serious note, nothing to comment about at this time.

Living in my local area has many positives as well as a few drawbacks. There is a local supermarket ALDI. There are also green spaces nearby which are well maintained and useful for relaxing or exercising.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

no issues or concerns so far- however any questions I got I was contacting Claudin over emails and always she was able to answer all my questions

I was very happy with the way everything was explained during the viewings. All information was clear, explained by Claudin and there were no issues, which made moving in straightforward and stress-free.

We arent far from Wellingborough town centre. Our parking is perfect right next to our house big spaces

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any problems yet but anything we've had to ask they have got back to us promptly

Wish I knew that solar panels helped with the bills as I was so worried it would be expensive but it's been such a GOOD surprise that our bills are being looked after just from living here
