Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A really lovely place to live, brilliant naturally surroundings, with great access to nearby facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On the whole have been pretty good, the one disappointment was the grass in the garden was out of use for the first month of tenancy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Get the apps for everything setup so you can solve any problems you need to, without the portal it’s more difficult.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local facilities are quite good. Transport no problem. Not to sure about shops and stuff although I know there is a supermarket quite close.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had any so far. Things seem to be going very smoothly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A 'delivery box' of some type would be of assistance. I can foresee problems, in the future, with deliveries from Amazon and the Post Office etc.

A Lovely Blend of Rural Charm and Modern Comfort

Oct 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Church Crookham offers a lovely balance between rural charm and modern convenience. The Albany Park area feels peaceful, safe, and well-kept, with beautiful greenery and a park within walking distance. There are several supermarkets, coffee shops, and local restaurants just a short drive away in Fleet, and there are also good schools nearby, which is a big plus for families. The area has good transport links, with quick access to main roads and Fleet train station for commuting. Parking is excellent, with dedicated spaces available, and bin collections are punctual. The neighbourhood is quiet with minimal traffic noise and no signs of anti-social behaviour so far. The only downside is that there’s still some ongoing construction work, which is expected with a new development but worth being aware of. Overall, it’s a calm, friendly, and family-friendly place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We reported a few issues shortly after moving in, including no hot water in the bathtub, a non-working radiator in the main bedroom, and low hot water pressure upstairs. The issues were logged on the 20th, and a vendor was assigned the same day, with a plumber visit scheduled for the 27th. While we appreciate the quick acknowledgment and scheduling, we feel these are issues that should have been identified and resolved before move-in if adequate testing had been done. It would also be ideal if such repairs could be addressed more promptly after reporting, especially in a new build.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had known that some of the property’s systems, like the hot water and heating, hadn’t been fully tested before move-in. It would have helped to schedule a quick handover walkthrough or checklist review to make sure everything was in working order. That said, the home itself is lovely and well-designed, and once these small issues are resolved, it will be close to perfect. For new tenants, I’d recommend testing all fixtures and heating systems early on and reporting anything promptly to ensure a smooth start.

Good area, nice houses, some improvements could be made!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A good on site shop and too many coffee shops! Nice parks around however a lot of complaints about anti social behaviour. Tennis courts, but not open access which is not great for the development as the prices are high to book them. Could do with a football pitch with open access to improve things to do for children. Street is nice at present with only four houses, no parking issues so far however I can see this becoming an issue as building works complete further. Bin collections are very early, waking up the neighbourhood, why they need to be so early on the morning I do not know! Traffic noise is alot as there are drains and pit holes in the road that have not been seen too and a massive dip into the road causing damage to car a lot of the time. Road has not been laid.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - however after us chasing and chasing them non stop.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much noise you can hear from attached neighbour, can literally hear every footstep they take in their house.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Bucklers Park estate is very community focused. It is set in lovely grounds. With lots of space to walk

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of cats that toilet in the garden and owners that do not pick up their dogs mess.

What is the best feature of your home:

All of it is fantastic. The lounge opening up onto the garden
