Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A great place to live - access to shops by foot and plenty of walking areas nearby. A great location with good connection.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues have been dealt with pretty well however the property is still under warranty

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that Leaf would be greedy with the rental increases - its sad. The climate we're in, they really didn't need to do such.

A really lovely development with plenty of character and greenery. A nice family vibe and we feel or children are in a safe area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our property has a great location for the new link road to Hastings as well as quick access to Bexhill Town centre and Ravenside shopping area. Having a large private drive is ideal and a decent amount of space for visitors parking too. So far, the ongoing building work doesn't effect us and nose is of a minimum.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had suitable encouragement to report on any issues we discover with our property.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were unaware there wouldn't be any bins when we arrived so are without until the council deliver them which could take some time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops and amenities are within walking distance, or the bus stops are just outside the development if required. We have space for 2 cars and EV charging, with no traffic noise as we live in a cul-de-sac.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Ryan was excellent, start to Finnish, he answered all our queries, and was very understanding when our 2 year old did what toddlers do. 5*

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rooms are bigger than first thought from initial viewings. Not much places for toiletries in the bathrooms, so bathroom units are essential, if you have a large family. The homes hold the heating very well being a new build and it's great having all your appliances hidden, looks very sleek.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bexhill is a lovely area, especially for families. The development is around 15 mins walk to a retail park worry supermarkets, a swimming pool, home and clothes shops etc. There is an open space within the development with a park and sports pitches. The beach is around 15mins walk and bars and restaurants are a slightly longer walk or a few minutes drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems requiring help as yet. Ryan has shared the contact details if we need to raise any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Order your bins before your move in date! There are none at the property.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location feels as if it’s in the middle of the countryside, yet everything you need is only 5-10 minutes away. The bus stop is just outside the entrance, with another route 5 minutes walk away. There are at least 5 supermarkets close by, with cafes, restaurants, and other shops in the vicinity too. Main routes and the motorway are very accessible. Parking is great, there are plenty of spaces for visitors. It’s super quiet here, and everyone who lives here is friendly and welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I needed support to get the financial side all set up and running smoothly, this was easy to obtain in a timely manner. I also raised an issue with an internal door, and again the support was there with little effort needed on my part.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew what the process to rent a property would entail, I didn’t know it would take as much information and checks as purchasing does. My rookie mistake, but at least if I ever leave here and rent another home I will now be better informed!
