We’ve had a really good experience living here so far. It’s a quiet and well-kept area, which makes it feel really relaxed and safe. The street itself is calm with very little noise, and everyone seems friendly which helps you settle in quickly. There are local shops nearby which are really handy, and overall it just feels like an easy place to live day to day. There are also some nice open spaces for walks which is a big plus. All the houses have their own driveways or garages, which makes parking really easy, and everything around the area seems well looked after. Transport links are good as well, making it easy to get around. Overall, it’s been a really positive move for us and we’re enjoying being here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had to raise many issues so far, which is a good sign in itself. The few questions we have had have been responded to quickly and helpfully, with clear communication throughout. The team have been easy to deal with and supportive, which makes a big difference and gives confidence that any future issues would be handled just as smoothly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing that stood out after moving in is how quiet and relaxed the area is, which is something you don’t always fully get a feel for during a viewing. It’s been a really nice surprise. I’d also say it’s worth taking a bit of time to properly go through everything in the first few days, like the inventory and how things work in the house, just to get familiar with it all early on. Overall, there haven’t been any major surprises, but it’s definitely one of those places that you appreciate more once you’re actually living here day to day.

Only a 10 minute drive from town, lots of baby groups locally too. A really lovely area, lots of green space for dog walks :)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The site developers unfortunately did a horrendous job with our back lawn, leaf living were very quick to respond and get to work rectifying.

I didn’t realise our address wouldn’t be recognised everywhere, a lack of insight on my own behalf

Fantastic service from Ryan Lind, Everything went smoothly with leaf living with no hassle, we all felt welcomed as soon as you enter the estate with everyone being friendly that we came across, cannot wait to start our new chapter here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes any problems or issues raised where dealt with. I would 100% recommend anyone wishing to move here to do so, you won’t be disappointed

We moved to this area to gain better access to green space, this house has this in abundance, Parking is perfect, the area is clean and peacful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve only just moved in, so I haven’t had the need to raise any issues yet. However, initial interactions with the building management have been smooth, professional, and responsive so far, which gives a good first impression.

One thing I wish I’d known beforehand is just how valuable the parking space is day-to-day—it’s a big advantage, especially if you have multiple cars or regular visitors. I’d also recommend checking how heating and hot water systems are set up early on, as new builds can sometimes take a bit of getting used to. Finally, it’s worth introducing yourself to neighbours early—everyone seems friendly and it helps quickly get a feel for how the area and building run in practice.

Parking availability is good, bin collection was good, so far no anti-social behaviour - a nice quiet development.

Response time has been great - very helpful. No major problems so far.
