Amazing transport links to local town, very happy with development overall. Parking is good, large and accessible bin store.

Building Management team attend quickly and thoroughly resolve any issues.

Not relevant, everything required was told to us before move in.

Nice quiet area with a good range of local shops. Train station is a walkable distance for commuting

They have been helpful and quick to respond .

During our first viewing, the original flat we wanted was no longer available because the consultant showing us around didn’t have the correct keys or access to the right flat. Luckily, we were able to get another flat on the first floor, which worked out well in the end. I’d recommend double-checking the flat and access details before attending a viewing.

We have been here since April and we absolutely love it ,Ryan was absolutely great from when I was inquiring about the property to me moving in ,the area is so quiet and peaceful child and pet friendly, not a long walk to the train station,

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded very well ,even when I had just questions.

I dont have anything i wish I had known before moving in

Great parking available with two parking spots on the drive outside the house and plenty more further down on the road

No problems or issues to raise with the building. Very happy

I did not need to know anything else before moving and happy with the property

Great access to A23 either Brighton or London bound. Train stations nearby with regular bus services.Ample parking spaces & located in a quiet area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues , so can't comment on this question, if i did have any i would expect a good service.

I think the whole move in process went very well so no issues.
