Great parking available with two parking spots on the drive outside the house and plenty more further down on the road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems or issues to raise with the building. Very happy

I did not need to know anything else before moving and happy with the property

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great access to A23 either Brighton or London bound. Train stations nearby with regular bus services.Ample parking spaces & located in a quiet area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues , so can't comment on this question, if i did have any i would expect a good service.

I think the whole move in process went very well so no issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything so far has been great and it is such a peaceful area, close to shops and transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had issues so far, so we are happy with everything at the moment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We didn’t know that the grass gets cut every couple of months which is a useful service.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is Quiet and feels remote even though we are part of a large town, the layout of the housing gives a sense of privacy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Nothing hasn't been answered that we have questioned.

Snagging of New build defects not repaired before arrival etc

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beautiful area lots of greenery and local amenities nearby. Very tranquil. Local transport is about 10 minutes walking distance and access to the train link to London .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven’t had any as of yet as only just moved into the property .

We were giving all the information we needed and I and sure if we have any queries in the future they will be answered accordingly .
