Extremely high praise for this development and the nature of how the tenancy arrangements operate. The design of the houses is excellent and the management of the property couldn’t be bettered. I was very fortunate to secure a tenancy at my property and intend to retain it for as long as I can. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone in a similar housing requirement situation.

Absolutely excellent services, amenities, quality of environment, availability of all types of shopping with great access both by car and public transport. Great restaurants and theatre nearby.

Just a really great place to live with excellent maintenance services provided by Leaf Living in a lovely modern comfortable new house

Very prompt and competent responses with polite and understanding members of the team available for any issues that arise
Nice place to live
Small maintenance issues have been quickly and efficiently dealt with. Landscaping on site is well maintained.
The width of the road should be wider as with all the construction traffic there are few passing places. Additional visitor parking would be good.

Parking places limited on the street. Park area for kids still closed which is frustrating. Access to dog waste bins would be useful. Petrol station with shop is the only local amenity so a local shop would be good.

Choose your property carefully as it is difficult to access your drive because the width of the road is narrow and you can’t swing into your drive if there are cars parked opposite your driveway.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes quickly and efficiently changing our kitchen tap which was loose.

Our home is beautiful – happy with the property and if any issues arise, they are dealt and resolved within 48 hours. Design is lovely and really well laid out. Neighbours are friendly and area is nice. Really happy with moving here and really great environment.

Fontwell is a gorgeous are to live – great neighbours and development team and very friendly and polite.
Parking is a bit tight but can work

Would’ve been good to understand the parking situation but everything else is great
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Within 48 hours – friendly and efficient. No complaints
Lovely house, lovely estate, lovely neighbours, shame about lack of facilities
Overall great, however, lack of field and play equipment is causing many issues. Very difficult for kids to make friends on estate when there is nowhere for them to meet. Also a small shop would be great.

Mainly chose due to option of more security and longer let, plus 5 mins from daughter and grandchildren. So close to plenty of shops.
Transport links great now wee have a bus service. Love my street, Cob lane, lovely neighbours. Parking never had any issues. Bin collections great, no anti social behaviour, and traffic noise minimal.

Lovely homes, had a few teething problems which you would expect for newly built houses.

Yes, but sometimes slow. Took a few emails before things were looked into
Well planned out estate but over parking
We have a 2 bed rental with 1 parking space in a covered port & another space along the garden fence with electrical hook up, this works really well for us. Garden has a steep slope down towards the house & when we moved in last February the patio area was constantly muddy & under water.
We had a few problems with several attempts at getting a ceramic hob that actually worked & a bath that hadn’t been sealed adequately & went on to leak. These issues were eventually fixed.

Estate is fairly cut off from anywhere walkable, you need a car or public transport.
Parking should be adequate but unfortunately on our road, tenants appear to fill their carports with junk & then consequently park on the road instead of their allocated parking. Our immediate neighbours have 4 vehicles to their rental. Too many commercial vans parked along the road every day.
Bin collections fine. We are set back far enough not to encounter traffic noise from the main road

Too many commercial vehicles parked in the road by tenants
Tenants should be asked before given a rental how many vehicles & what they will be parking

Great home, location and landlords
Great home design and good size gardens. Plenty of parking with carports and spaces outside. Neutral colours for interior of homes . Lots of cupboard spaces around the home. Could do with more kitchen cupboards but great to have built in fridge and washing machine

Fontwell
House design very well done, lay out of the estate works well. Facilities provided within the house are great, however awaiting the park and community areas to open up. Fairly quick responses to any building issues had and resolved within a timely manner.

Single entrance to estate can cause issues. New Bus route seems to be popular. Awaiting to green to be open.

Yes, however not always in the most timely manner.
Really happy in our new home.
Really pleased with the property we are renting. Great size throughout, including the garden and driveway. Plenty of storage available. Love the open plan living. Design if the kitchen is lovely, would have been nice if the boiler was in the loft maybe to give another cupboard in the kitchen and not really sure that a radiator is needed in the kitchen as the house is very warm in the winter. This would also mean more storage available on the kitchen. Induction hob is a bit temperamental but I am married to a chef who is used to cooking on gas!

Really pleased with the location of the development. Haven’t experienced any problems with traffic noise. Great to have weekly bin collections, driveways are lovely and wide. The street we live on is great and the neighbours we have met so far are all lovely.

Any queries we have had have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Just what we were looking for
The house is lovely and the perfect size for us. one downside is a very little amount of worktop space in the kitchen it could of done with at least one extra cupboard and worktop space next to the fridge
Another is no window in our bathroom or lounge due to being very close to our neighbour, makes the bathroom very dark with no natural light at all
The park will be a massive positive when it opens

Lovely area to live in, near enough to shops etc and Chichester is just up the road.
Parking can be a slight pain due to visitors parking in tenant spaces but no fault of leaf living

Great place to stay
Grass needed a bit of care upon moving in and still not quite there. It’s a new development so not many issues to report. All has been good thus far. Would recommend Leaf Living to anyone looking to rent a home. We love it here and most importantly it is dog friendly accommodation

The house is great for me and my family. The inside space is good. Should have a shed in the back garden for more storage. But in general all facilities are good, with excellent space, design and neutral colours. The back garden have a good size, and the access is very good.
