Absolutely excellent services, amenities, quality of environment, availability of all types of shopping with great access both by car and public transport. Great restaurants and theatre nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt and competent responses with polite and understanding members of the team available for any issues that arise

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just a really great place to live with excellent maintenance services provided by Leaf Living in a lovely modern comfortable new house

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local area is lovely. Just waiting for the local shop to be built on the development. Nice pub across the road. Parking is great, plenty of space but then again we do have a big driveway. Very quiet area and local links are pretty good for a location on the south coast.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. These have been completed very quickly with minimal fuss and disruption

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The output of the EV charger. Its very slow for my EV car. But i do have a higher rated one being fitted at my own expense in the coming weeks. No big deal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely and quiet, nicely designed house and area. Very happy living here. Parking is readily avilable, no traffic noise, no problems with neighbours or other residents. Everyone is very friendly and accomodating.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

By email, it is a bit frustrating not having a contact telephone number to speak to anyone, But reporting online is effective and works well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A bit more information when moving in, only silly things like "when do the bins go out?" Nothing major at all.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

An extreemly well designed estate, with exceptional open space and recreation areas. very convienent for road links. The only criticism is that contrary to all aggrements there are too many comercial vehicles, not just vans but large lorries that litter the roadways. They CAN be made to move by employing an external parking company.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have always being helpfull, and with a friendly attude and personality.

Simply compare this estate with any other and you will see there are No comparisons

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A good location for beautiful scenery close to big supermarket. The only issue is all the road works.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With a rude attitude and just tell you to leave if you don't like the way they see fit.

The community is great but I wish I didn't move in, because of all the problems and the attitude from the landlord is so, so poor!!!!
