It’s such a lovely area and we love how quiet it is but also being close to the local shops. Our agent Ryan was great and helpful throughout the process.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They quickly resolved an issue with the garden to mow the grass.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The viewings were very detailed and we got to see every aspect of the house and we had lots of questions as first time moving out and it was all so smooth

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The house is beautiful the area is lovely. For the most part its quiet, just a bit of noise from traffic because we’re close to the main road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far no issues. But it would be easy to contact them if there were any.

There’s nothing in particular that i wouldve wanted to know

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is beautiful, just about a 5 minute or less drive to the nearest shop. Not only that the location has amazing transport links. The nearest bus stop if needed is only down the road! Living on my street you get gorgeous views of the sunset. Slightly limited in regard’s to where guests can park but they do always have somewhere to go if needed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I don’t believe this question is applicable to us.

I don’t actually think there was anything that I wish u would’ve known.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Our property has a great location for the new link road to Hastings as well as quick access to Bexhill Town centre and Ravenside shopping area. Having a large private drive is ideal and a decent amount of space for visitors parking too. So far, the ongoing building work doesn't effect us and nose is of a minimum.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had suitable encouragement to report on any issues we discover with our property.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We were unaware there wouldn't be any bins when we arrived so are without until the council deliver them which could take some time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The gateway has it's own car spaces for there residents which can hold up to two cars . There is a bus stop not far down the road. The shops, schools, parks & open fields are in walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am unable to make a comment on this as we currently only moved in today.

There is no bathroom cupboard to place any of the bathroom items. The Internet seem to be quite good speed.
