Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has good potential, but the overall appearance is being significantly affected by the lack of maintenance of communal gardens and green spaces. Many areas are overgrown with weeds, shrubs are not being maintained, and the grounds look neglected. This creates an unattractive environment for residents and visitors alike and gives the impression that the area is not being properly cared for.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No response to three emails to property management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i was given more information around the area. time frames on the roads being repaired, gardens etc...…

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a nice area and people are friendly. It has decent bus connections but train station is a bit of distance so if you need to get to London so we cycle to it. The development is nice being next to lots of lovely walks and the coffee shops are nice. It’s been considerately done.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No, nothing for weeks. Not even an acknowledgement that it’s being looked at. Poor.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the response to getting issues resolved would be so poor. To better consider when viewing the lack of storage provided. If you’re renting having to buy lots is annoying. Just one cupboard for towels and linen would have helped, or one built in wardrobe.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We found this Buckler's Park very refreshing and lovely in the Crowthrone forest. It is at the interchange between Wokingham and Bracknel , and 5 mins to Wellington College where my kids go to. The 194 bus is running through the community. There is a Co-Op, coffee shop, restaurant, play ground , etc amenities on site. Our unit comes with two parking spaces behind the garden.

Missing a dryer machine and microwave. Like use the attic for more storages.

What is the best feature of your home:

Smart Lock with a camera, Free broadband, and Hive app to control the heating. Energy efficient with solar panels. two parking spaces. A descent garden size that comes with a shed for storages.

Thoughtfully designed development with community at its heart. Lovely local hub with cafes- pub - shop and green spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not had any problems arise so far. But Sally has been fantastic with our move.

Storage solutions and garages would be a big benefit

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a quiet and welcoming area with great transport links and quick connections to get into bracknell by road or bus and Crowthorne a short walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven't had any issues arise yet but the house was in great condition when we moved in so I don't think we need anything from.them yet!

What the weather was going to be like! No one can control that. Try not to move in a heatwave !
