just a short walk from the city centre, yet peacefully situated in a quiet, clean neighbourhood. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, making it a wonderfully relaxing place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always address issues promptly and consistently follow up, which is truly appreciated.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Due to the location, it can get a bit chilly in winter and warm in summer, but its easily manageable.

Area is really good in terms of access to local shops and most importantly the tram stop. I always feel safe walking in the area, even at night.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues so far but I know it’s very easy to contact maintenance through the app

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is an absolutely delightful experience, from the parks to the local walking area, there is plenty to get involved in. It is very close to media city which has many things to offer for everyone. In addition to that, it is easily accessible from Public transport and allows connectivity to other parts of Manchester.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I deal with a few issues with some water leaks but everything was resolved within 2 days. The system is so simple, you report it on the app and someone comes in and sorts it out. Don't need to worry about being in or not being able to get it resolved. All the stress is off you, they deal with it all.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known more about the area as I moved from Mid-lands. So needed to transfer GP and all of that. However, it was all listed in the handbook !!! Note to self: read more ;)

Eda is in a great location, nearby nature and coffee shops. Also the new Co Op underneath is so handy

Yeah and they have found a solution promptly - all smooth so far!

I did not expect such a great community prior to moving to Eda and honestly I'm amazed.

The Keel is in such a good location. We are in a great spot by the waterfront which is very handy for dog-walking. We are only a short walk away from LiverpoolOne so this is great for carrying shopping back home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Not needed to have any interactions as we haven’t had any maintenance issues
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Ask at reception to borrow a trolley when moving in!
