It’s great to hear that you feel our apartments are homely, even though we may not be brand new. 😊 We echo your comments regarding our location. I’m very lucky to have an office overlooking the waterfront, and we love the local coffee shops and our proximity to Spinningfields too. We are currently reviewing our events programme, and you may have noticed some recent surveys that have been shared with residents. These are helping us gather feedback and better understand the types of events and activities our residents would enjoy. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. 😊 It’s great to hear that you love our amenity spaces, and we echo your comments regarding our location. We love the local cafés and coffee shops too! I’m also very sorry to hear about your experience regarding emails and general administration response times. Whilst we are currently experiencing peak season and the team’s workload has naturally increased, we always do our best to respond to residents within 24-48 hours. Our team are also readily available at reception to answer any urgent queries where possible. There may be occasions when our Front of House team don’t have the answer to a query immediately; however, they will always liaise with the relevant department and come back to you with the best possible update. So that I can understand your experience in more detail and review this further, please kindly share your feedback with me via email at helen.bowers@theslateyard.com. This will allow me to investigate what happened and identify whether there is any additional training or support we can put in place to further empower our team members.
