very close to the centre with lots of shops around for daily things. beautiful river next to it, so the views are always gorgeous

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes, thy put more mats in the gym and they fixed some problems in our flat pretty quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

remember to set up a council tax payment system. it makes life so much easier

The location of Slateyard is great with a Sainsbury’s across the street and within walking distance of key areas such as the city centre or deansgate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. There has been two times building management have quickly helped our apartment with maintenance requests.

Just how great the free amenities are within the building complexes

Next to Spinningfields and an easy walk into the city centre makes it convenient. Parking is basically non existent due to minimal on site parking, no drop off availability and the NCP being incredibly expensive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I recently had an issue with my front door lock and it was resolved within the day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking was advertised as being available but I’ve been on the wait list since I moved in (3 years ago), and the NCP has only gotten more and more expensive. The fact that there’s nowhere to park for a few hours whilst you move things or have someone visiting is a real limitation.

I'm also pleased that the lock issue was resolved promptly over the weekend. Thank you for your feedback regarding the gym equipment. While we currently offer a broad selection of weights and fitness equipment, we are always looking for ways to enhance our facilities and will review whether any additional items could be introduced. We understand that parking availability onsite can be limited and is offered subject to availability. As an alternative, residents can take advantage of our exclusive discount code for NCP parking, which helps make season parking more affordable. While we are unable to influence the council-operated loading bays, we can accommodate removal vehicles on-site, provided the vehicle registration details are shared with the estates team in advance. I like the area i am living and the general local facilitéis there is a wide variety of shop and parking nearby as well as the slate yard general facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are fast to respond to any issues. I have had no issues when reporting maintainance.

Very central location with a shop close by and only a very short walk into the city centre. Trains can be heard but don’t disturb.

Always been responded to but sometimes with some delay/chasing

To be very clear about the referral scheme as we have had difficulties
