Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located right next to the cornbrook tram stop, easy walk into the centre down the canal with a couple big supermarkets located near by. Excellent location and it’s super quiet at night time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues we had noted were fixed very fast and to a good standard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you’re renting a non furnished flat, there isn’t a separate service lift. The general lifts are big enough to fit furniture.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The tram stop makes it really easy to get into Manchester city centre, MediaCity or Trafford, and everything feels close by. I also like that you're near the city but still have access to nice walks and running routes down the canal. The downsides are probably the traffic and the amount of ongoing construction and closest shop only being a Co-op. Overall though, I enjoy living here because it's convenient, diverse and a stones throw from Manchester city centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team have generally been very responsive whenever I've raised an issue. Queries are acknowledged quickly, communication is clear, and any maintenance concerns are dealt with efficiently. The team are approachable and helpful, and they keep residents informed about building updates, events and any planned works. Overall, I've found them professional and proactive, which has made living at VOX a positive experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known how much of a community feel there is at VOX. The resident events make it easy to meet people, and the facilities like the gym and roof terrace are things I probably underestimated before moving in. Looking back, they've added a lot to the overall living experience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a well-connected area with good access to shops, restaurants, cafés, bars and local parks. Public transport is excellent, with frequent buses and nearby rail and Metrolink services. Parking can be limited in some streets, and there may be some peak-time traffic and occasional late-night noise, but bin collections are generally reliable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The responses tend to be pretty good and rapid overall

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That they’d eventually change the reception coffee machine (that used coffee beans) to a simple pod machine

Very closely situated to Cornbrook tram stop for easy access to the city. Also very close to a nice path down the canal that leads to an excellent pub, bars and deansgate-castlefield train station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues were handled quickly and efficiently, though rarely had to raise anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good social opportunities/events that are great to get involved with, would recommend using them to meet your neighbours.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think the living area is good, it’s tidy and it has the tram stop near by which I think is very good. The scrap yard is the only down fall for noise here whenever my apartment is facing it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded to issues or queries in a effective manner which makes my living so much more easier.

I wished I knew that the scrapyard was here as before I didn’t know about it.
