Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of beautiful and helpful amenities close by. tram stop is extremely convenient to access through the reae gate and the canals are beautoful to walk into town. however ubers / couriers never know which road to turn into due to insuffficient signage.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Left hand side lived dropped us down and gave us rather a fright... all okay now though. No other issues or complaints xoxo

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No oatmilk in the coffee machine fridge. very distressing for lactose free members of society.

really nice location ! really easy to get around and very accessible. it is so beatufiul and i wouldnt want to leave!! I have decided to come back and live in Manchester thanks to my experience at vox my main issue is there isnt enugh events - i wantmore options and opportunities to socialise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

quickly and in a friendly way. warren is always there at the front desk with any issues quickly resolved and he maintains really good communication with me if any updates occur

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew there was a concierge but I wasn't expecting to be so close and friendly with them. its really community based and I expected this but the level its at exceeded my expectations. instantly really welcoming! everyone clearly loves talking to warren too!!

frustrating scrapyard nearby !! not the buildings fault tho great reception!!! warren especially is so nice and AMY TRUE LEGEND

speedily and to the best of their ability. very communicative too

That it would be this hard to want to leave at the end :(

no bad aspects ! this is paradise never seen anything like this before - it shouold be in the top 10 places to be in the planet, maybe the solar system. one of the seven wonder!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

always and on time. time and time again. they have always satisfied my needs

that there wasnt an athletic pit and a swimming pool at the top

The area is brilliant - so close to the tram stop, a co op underneath the building which is super convenient and not a long walk in town town!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the building management team responded promptly when we reported an issue.

I didn’t realise how close the tram stop actually was which is a definite good thing!
