Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects- great transport links. Close shops and very pet friendly. Not really any bad complaints or anything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There was a leak and Shannon handled it quick and was sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We came Africa you guys could not scare us haha Everything was mentioned and fair. Wish we knew more of the events.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good- The proximity to the tram is great - makes life super easy! There is plenty of parking around. I like that we have good links to parks as well. The general area feels safe. Bad- The street can get a bit littered, but that's more to do with the wind I think - I'd like to see a cleaner around the streets at some point when it gets messy, but it's not bad all the time!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally very good and in good time. Very efficient and friendly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is a shame guests aren't allowed on the roof terrace as sometimes in the summer it's nicer to sit up there in the evenings - we can understand why this rule is in place, but would be nice. We wish there was more parking available directly to the building as the waiting list is really long and sometimes we have to park a bit further away.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Vox is situated in an ideal location with excellent transport links to the city centre or further afield. The building is a couple of minutes walk from the Cornbrook tram stop and multiple bus stops. This is ideal as it is very difficult to get a car parking space otherwise. In terms of local amenities, there are three supermarkets and places to eat and drink all in walking distance!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been very helpful and timely when responding to any problems! There is a handy app that can be used to log any issues or there is someone to talk to on reception.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To apply for a parking space as soon as possible as they are in high demand!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've found the location to be ideal, with easy access to the tram and city center. However, one drawback is the distance to nearby schools, which may require additional planning for families

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been exceptional. Their prompt responses to queries and swift resolution of issues have exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to resident satisfaction is truly appreciated

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I could do it over, I'd want to know more about setting up accounts with UK energy and internet providers. As a newcomer to the UK, navigating these processes was time-consuming and frustrating. Having this information beforehand would have streamlined my move-in experience.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Vox is in a very good area for travelling everywhere in the Manchester. It is right by the tram stop so it is close to town and my work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff are all very helpful, both Shannon and Domi have helped me on separate occasions for different things.

Nothing! I used to stay here with a friend before I moved so I knew I wanted to in move here.
