Beautiful development in a little village

The local area in Coven is a lovely little quiet village with 2 little village shops including a coop. It has a little first school and easy accessible from both the M6 and M54. The pubs in the village are lovely and full of locals and friendly place to live.

Please review your development:

Our development is a small development which fits in with the village. The houses are well built and a mixture of detached, bungalows and semi detached. The greenery on the development is right next to a farmers field so in the summer the cows come out and you can sit and watch the day go by

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have no tips unfortunately, when we moved in everything we needed to know was explained to us.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen in our home is a huge family kitchen, plenty of space

Good design with a good structured build

Good aspects are it’s in an area with no traffic noise and plenty of wildlife around us.
Bad aspects no shops or parks on site it’s a good 15/20 minute walk to the nearest shop and or park.

Please review your development:

Our development is a good design with a good structured build. Although the gardens around here are a bit small they are much more maintainable. It is situated at the back of a field which makes it nice and peaceful as you can’t hear the busy traffic at peak times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had knows the garden size before moving in as we was just shown on a plot number photo.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded quick and efficient standards.

I like living here. I don’t like the hs2 that comes with it

There hasn’t been any local shops in walkable distance since we had moved in but I can see that there is now a co-op being build on the estate which will be very helpful now.
There isn’t really maybe restaurants but I don’t mind that.
Bin collects are very regular.
Only problem is the HS2 noise which is all day every day which can be very annoying when living so close to it

Please review your development:

Design on the new builds is very modern I like that look as a 30year old. It’s very clean all around and kept to a good standard by the people living here.
The surrounding areas of grass is keeps cut and well maintained which is nice to see as it’s not just left like most places.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I new how close they are going to be building the hs2 to the estate. I might of though twice about moving in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had to have any building management so I don’t have an answer for this section
