Good location, convenient. Not far from station/ town centre. Good transport options. I would recommend

Please review your development:

Overall good new builds. Great features and design. No complaints. However, new tenants should consider that rent increases quite significantly annually. This can hinder inclusivity and long term planning/ sustainability. Noting that, these houses are built in an area considered deprived, while this is great —If prices continue to increase could be worth relocating to more affluent areas were rent is higher/matched but consistent. Nonetheless, positive experience. Would apply again.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good for future tenants to consider that rent prices will not be consistent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes- easy to report issues using app. Very responsive

Hi Jai, thank you for your wonderful review and feedback for Pullman Green and Simple Life! Unfortunately rents across the industry have risen significantly due to inflation. We always try to strike a balance between keeping our business in line with the rental rises in each area, whilst also having our loyal customers in mind.

All in all a very good place to live for families.

Most are good aspects, walking distance to town, bus and train station. Parking availability and bin collections is brilliant. Very peacefule area for families.

Outside the development the streets are not nice and there was anti social behaviour but police and council have had a control and so those people dont enter the development as much

Please review your development:

Design and facilities are top notch, different designs to choose from.. we went for the ensuite aswell as it was important.
Very easy to get in touch with management for anything and they sort out maintennace pretty quickly.
They keep the develipment nice and clean too.
Would definitely recommend them.

Very organised and environmental friendly, my building is very close to the river which gives me a very view and my wife loves the view from the window

Please review your development:

The building design are very simple, good and children friendly. My children love the specious living room and the kitchen. The toilet doesn’t is a big plus for the building. My pregnant wife don’t need to run upstairs to urinate. The bath and the shower is a big plus

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A preview in terms of pictures of the entire build needs to be give to all prospective tenants which will enable good planning and design for the interior

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yea, the last I made a complaint, it was sorted out quickly

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave a review for your development. We’re so pleased to hear how happy you are!

Rents are way too high for the area and crime rates

Horrendous crime rates, late noise at night. Poor condition of roads. Lack of interest in empty properties.

Please review your development:

Rents are way too high for the area and crime rates. Design is good but walls mark easily and cracks appearing throughout. Poor quality of roads and appliances. Things really need to change on here to retain current tenants. Otherwise people of going to leave

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Crime rate and amount of properties given to social housing attracting high crime rates

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Initially very good but now it’s hard to get work completed and the response rate is very slow, we often have to chase
