Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Fizzy Hayes offers a great mix of local shops, restaurants, and bars, with plenty of options for daily needs and socializing. The nearby parks and green spaces are well-maintained and perfect for outdoor activities. Transport links are excellent—Hayes & Harlington Station and bus routes make commuting easy, though it can get busy during peak times. Living on my street is convenient: parking is manageable with permits, bin collections are reliable, and the area feels safe. Traffic noise is mild, and anti-social behavior is rare. Overall, it’s a vibrant, well-connected, and comfortable place to live!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management at Fizzy Hayes has been responsive and efficient whenever I’ve raised issues. Kiran, in particular, has been incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and keeping us informed every step of the way. Their proactive and friendly approach makes living here a positive experience.

The best part is the tube station so you can leave

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The entire area is gentrified so the high street is full of massive brands. If you like that sort of think I guess that’s good. There is parking availability but it’s an extra £100 a month so that’s rather disappointing. The best part about the area is that it’s close to the tube station so I can leave.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They did respond initially but when I attempted to get updated on the situation, they fail to respond to your emails. I suspect they do this because they hope you will get tired and no longer press the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to actually view the room I was renting before I moved in? That would have been convenient and that word is incompatible with Gravity.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in King’s Cross offers a lively and modern urban atmosphere. The area has an impressive range of shops, restaurants and bars, particularly around Coal Drops Yard and Granary Square, where the quality is generally very high. There are also several attractive open spaces and canal paths that provide a welcome break from the busy streets. Transport links are one of the biggest strengths, with King’s Cross St Pancras offering extensive Underground, national rail and international connections, though this does mean the area can become crowded. Local streets are safe and well lit, but parking is limited and often restricted. Bin collections is reliable. The area remains a vibrant and convenient place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management are very responsive. The management team of Cosmin, Anthony, Afran, Marija and the rest of the team such as Ernest deal with any issues raised in a prompt and professional manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have lived in the neighbourhood for a while, so I already had a lot of information about the neighbourhood.
