The Sessile- offering a safe and fabulous home

The Sessile, N17

Dec 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have lived at the Sessile for 18months. I find it to be a safe place with a lovely friendly feel to it. Outside the Sessile is the park. I have a dog and there is a friendly dog walking community. Transport links are amazing. It feels safe coming home at night and walking to the Sessile from the tube. Although a busy walk through from Tottenham to the tube station it is a quiet road with very little anti social behaviour. There are coffee shops, close by, a retail park 5mins walk away and a Health centre. It would be great to see more of the empty units opening up around the Sessile.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management respond immediately to issues raised. They are considerate when in the home and kind. Issues swiftly dealt with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think the Sessile community has continued to give. Whilst residents are private and there is a wide demographic it us such a friendly place with a real sense of community. Residents speak on corridors, in lifts , always a friendly face. It is pet friendly but the flats are well found proofed. This experience of community spirit can only really be felt when living here
