The area is convenient, with shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and good public transport links nearby. However, it can get busy at peak times, with occasional traffic noise and litter. Overall, it is a practical place to live with easy access to everyday amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team and reception staff, especially Nish Singh Kanyal, are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They make residents feel comfortable and are approachable whenever assistance or guidance is needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing worth knowing is that London Designer Outlet (LDO) can get quite busy, especially on weekends and during holidays. It’s great to have shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby, but it’s worth planning your visits around peak times for a more relaxed experience.

We have been here a few months now and love the area, it is supremely placed with easy access to the tube and bus station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All maintenance issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Could have done with being shown how the heating works as it’s not self-explanatory, but it was the height of a heatwave summer so I can understand why it wasn’t - I figured it out with the help of AI in the end.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area around 219 Baker Street is excellent, with a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Marylebone High Street is also nearby, offering plenty of shopping and dining options. Regent’s Park is only a few minutes away, which is great for walking, running and relaxing. Transport links are extremely convenient, with Baker Street Underground Station just a minute away, Marylebone Station nearby and plenty of bus connections. The main downside is that Baker Street can be quite busy, particularly during rush hour, resulting in some traffic noise. Overall, the area feels safe, lively and well maintained, with excellent amenities and everything needed for everyday life close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue was resolved within less than 24 hours, usually even within a couple of hours after raising jt.

The apartments towards the back of the building are totally quiet compared to the ones facing Baker Street.

We have only just moved into the area but we're really enjoying it so far. We're very excited to go to the local market and have really enjoyed the experience of exploring the area. Hasan gave us some good recommendations for the local area when we were viewing the property, we're looking forward to exploring them!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any issues so far as we've just moved in, we have been welcomed by Hasan though and feel very comfortable coming to him for help if we need it!

Nothing yet! It's all been extremely smooth since arriving

1 month + into the tenancy now. Things have been smooth so far. Helpful staff members, special mention to Kareena. Good transport link via Elizabeth line and multiple store options close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responsive team members. Personal experience was with the top-up for hot water and needing to put the code manually. Supportive staff.

Just the quickest way to access the Elizabeth line. Just figured out last week that this is 3 mins from Aquifer house walking instead of the 8 mins that I had been using previously!
