Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I’ve had a very positive experience staying in this property. The building is quiet and well maintained, and I’ve never experienced any antisocial behaviour, which makes it feel safe and comfortable. The location is excellent: King’s Cross Station is only a 10–15 minute walk away, there’s a bus stop just a few steps from the building, and grocery stores are within a short walking distance. Granary Square is also nearby, offering a great selection of restaurants and coffee bars, and King’s Cross Academy is only a few minutes away on foot. The only minor downside is the sound of one of the nearby trains. However, it’s not very loud, and being on the 9th floor helps a lot — it’s easy to fall asleep and I’ve never been woken up by the noise. Overall, it’s a convenient, quiet, and well-located place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance support has been excellent. When the washer/dryer in my apartment wasn’t working properly, the team responded very quickly and replaced it the same day. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and professional, which made the whole experience stress-free.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, there isn’t anything I wish I had known before moving in. The property, facilities, and location were all exactly as described, and my experience has matched my expectations from the start.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area has been a great place to live. It’s very modern and packed with useful facilities, and the location is excellent. Being essentially in King’s Cross means I’m only a 5 to 10 minute walk from both the station and the nearest market, which makes daily errands incredibly easy. The neighbourhood feels friendly, with welcoming residents and a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, convenience and community are the strongest points here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has been very responsive and easy to communicate with. Any questions I raised were handled quickly and professionally, and the staff are consistently friendly and supportive.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known how busy the area can get during peak hours, especially around King’s Cross. It’s still very convenient, but being aware of the foot traffic and general busyness would have helped me plan my routine better.

Great area, lots of shops and restaurants, super safe as the area is patrolled by volunteers. Not far from the tube station

Super speedy and helpful when responding to maintenance requests.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The concierge team are fantastic! I’m quite a busy person but they are super easy to contact via WhatsApp to help with any request, whether it’s letting friends in to stay or taking parcels - a genuine game changer!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in King’s Cross offers a lively and modern urban atmosphere. The area has an impressive range of shops, restaurants and bars, particularly around Coal Drops Yard and Granary Square, where the quality is generally very high. There are also several attractive open spaces and canal paths that provide a welcome break from the busy streets. Transport links are one of the biggest strengths, with King’s Cross St Pancras offering extensive Underground, national rail and international connections, though this does mean the area can become crowded. Local streets are safe and well lit, but parking is limited and often restricted. Bin collections is reliable. The area remains a vibrant and convenient place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management are very responsive. The management team of Cosmin, Anthony, Afran, Marija and the rest of the team such as Ernest deal with any issues raised in a prompt and professional manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I have lived in the neighbourhood for a while, so I already had a lot of information about the neighbourhood.
