Love living in kingscross lots of cool coffee shops and restaurants and easy train connections to the rest of london and europe

Very prompt response , very attentive, very helpful management that go out of their way to fix any issues

Wish I know about this place sooner and could’ve moved in sooner

The concierge team is amazing. Anthony and the rest of the crew are super. Facilities are great. Living convenience is super

It’s an incredible location everything about it feels like a hotel in every sense. It’s beautiful and clean and modern.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very agile and responsive and kind staff. Nothing to complain about!

Nothing I can think of! It’s very much what you sign up for.

Very close to Coal Drops Yard and supermarkets which is ideal. The neighbourhood is lovely and clean. Walking distance to the Kings Cross tube and train

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and efficient. Maintenance team are very friendly and will accommodate for requests

Air conditioning has changed my life will definitely recommend

Author is excellent but would have loved to have sauna/steam/pool. King’s Cross is lovely however have had the theft happen on Randolph street and that street only is a cause or concern. Staff are amazing especially Anthony, Del, Nelson, Samson, and maria. All of their service is outstanding. Anthony has always been extremely helpful and always has a smile ready to serve to the best of his abilities:)

Very well. They are always very responsive although the website can improve
