A Modern Development with an Outstanding Location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Author is located in Kings Cross with excellent connectivity. It is within walking distance of King’s Cross and St Pancras stations, offering convenient transport links across London and beyond. The surrounding area has a wide range of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets, making daily life very convenient. The neighbourhood feels vibrant and diverse, with access to public spaces and green areas nearby. As it is in a central location, there can occasionally be some street noise during busy hours. However, the overall convenience and accessibility of the area are significant advantages.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has generally been responsive and professional. Front desk staff are approachable and willing to assist. In particular, Edson has been helpful and patient when dealing with queries, providing clear communication and practical support when needed. Overall, issues are addressed in a structured and reassuring manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, it would have been helpful to better understand how busy the surrounding area can be during peak hours and how shared facilities are managed during high usage periods. As the development is centrally located, this is understandable, but having clearer expectations from the start would make the transition smoother.

Where Thoughtful Design Meets Exceptional Resident Care

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location offers an exceptional level of convenience. Having Coal Drops Yard's variety of dinning and retail options, as well as essential services like Waitrose, within a few minutes' walk makes daily life very seamless. Transport links are also a major advantage, with both King's cross and St Pancras stations providing effortless access for commuting and travel. The proximity to the tracks is part of the convenience of living so close to a major hub and I've found it to be a natural characteristics of the area that likely feels different depending on your flat's orientation. Additionally, the nearby canal paths also provides a pleasant space for out door walks away from the main street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is incredibly prompt and attentive. Every request I have submitted has been met with both professional efficiency and a sincere commitment to finding a resolution. Their proactive nature ensures that residents feel truly supported, and I am always deeply grateful for their hard work, which provides a level of service that is remarkably rare to find elsewhere.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There weren't any surprises I wish I’d known about beforehand. The apartment, facilities, and location were all exactly as described. It is rare to find a place that so accurately reflects its presentation, and my experience here actually exceeded my expectation in the best possible way.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We came for a short stay. King’s Cross works well when you’re short on time. Trains, Tube and food options are all close, which matters when you’re working late. It’s not a quiet neighbourhood, but it’s practical.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly! Its really suprising how quick the concierge team replies to any needs, shoutout to Afrah! She made my stay so wonderful and something to remember! And Sergey which is quick to put a smile on your face :)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You don’t have to engage much — it works even if you keep to yourself.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

As someone who has recently moved to London for work, King’s Cross has been an ideal area to settle into. There’s a great mix of shops, cafés, restaurants and bars nearby, so everything you need day to day is within easy walking distance. Open spaces around Granary Square and along the canal are perfect for unwinding after work. Transport links are a huge plus — having so many Tube lines and trains nearby has made commuting and exploring London very easy. The street feels safe and well looked after, with regular bin collections and very little anti-social behaviour. It can get busy at peak times, but that’s expected in such a central location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have, prompt responses and available at anytime

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise how much the communal areas and resident events would help with settling into London. They make it much easier to meet people and feel part of a community, which is a big bonus when moving to the city for the first time.
