The building is close to many local shops offering great convenience. There are many transport links nearby with various bus stops and the Hayes and Harlington rail station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is efficient and well organised and responds to queries in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was made clear prior to us moving in and all questions were answered promptly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I live in Momento, Hayes. Overall, it’s a convenient and well-connected area. The good aspects include easy access to public transport, especially Hayes & Harlington Station, which makes commuting to central London quite straightforward. There are plenty of nearby shops, supermarkets, and restaurants, and Heathrow Airport is just a short drive away. The area also feels quite multicultural and lively.On the downside, traffic can get busy during peak hours and certain parts of Hayes can feel a bit crowded, and there isn’t as much green space as in some other London suburbs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team at Momento Hayes has been excellent in handling any issues I’ve raised. They are always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely committed to resolving problems efficiently. Sajid Lodha, in particular, has been outstanding — he ensures that every concern, no matter how small, is addressed promptly and with great attention to detail. It’s clear that resident satisfaction is a top priority, and their proactive approach really sets them apart.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They built a new play area for children, which wasn’t there when I came for the viewing. It was a wonderful surprise for my child, and she absolutely loved it

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area surrounding my apartment is fantastic. There is a great mix of local convenience stores and restaurants so I have everything nearby me without having to travel too far. I never struggle to find something new in the area and transportation is also a breeze with easy access to buses and trains within walking distance making commuting around to work etc stress free. The street where the apartment is situated is peaceful with minimal traffic noise. I haven't encountered any problems with bin collection or anti-social behaviour and overall it is a safe and convenient area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any major issues but whenever I have had any questions or small concerns the team has been incredibly responsive and helpful addressing things quickly and never leaving me in the dark.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I'd known before moving in is how secure and quiet the building is. It is a big relief knowing that the communal areas are tightly secured and the overall atmosphere is peaceful. My advice to anyone new moving in would be to take full advantage of the amenities. The gym is great and the package lockers are super handy. Also getting to know the management team early is key and incredibly helpful to make entire experience seamless.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I was scared of renting for the first time, but it’s been an amazing experience living here at Momento! I am renting for the first time and the team here at Momento have spoilt me. It’s such a warm environment around here. The team is always available for us. Any issue I have is dealt with immediately and with utmost priority. Sajid in particular has been very helpful throughout my tenancy since the start. The whole team including Ha Mariana, Parm, Desmond and Sajid have been really understanding and very kind. Even the maintenance person Ritesh is proactive and is always there to help. There has never been a time I was left without a resolution for any issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded to all my queries immediately. Sajid is very quick in responding to my queries. The whole team is very much service oriented, and they have a customer-first approach. Very warm people in the team who genuinely care and love to help others. Exactly the kind of people I would love to be around in my life.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I just wish I would have moved here earlier. There is literally no complaints whatsoever.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the development is less than 4.5 minutes from the closest Elizabeth line station, which makes it very convenient for unsociable hours of working.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team, including Mr Desmond Pinto, has been crucial on all aspects and levels of the service. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that residents/tenants feel truly at home at Momento Hayes.

The amenities that are offered, including the gym and big shared spaces.
