Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Momento Hayes is an amazing place to live as a young professional. It’s close to local amenities such as Hayes & Harlington Station (5-minute walk), local supermarkets like Tesco Express and Aldi are within a close walking distance, a leisure centre with a gym & pool and plenty of others. The development is located a short walk from the local high street ie 5 minutes. The high street offers a range of different shops like a butchers, pharmacy, world supermarket stores selling a range of ethnic food items, hairdressers, nail shops, barbers, etc. so it has everything you need right on your door step. The high street also has x2 churches and a Muslim centre. Street parking outside Momento for visitors is available, anti-social behaviour is non-existent and the general area is kept clean and tidy. Residents have a secure garage for vehicles.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team have been very proactive with the minimal issues that have come up. They address concerns quickly, communicate clearly about next steps, and make sure everything is resolved to a high standard.

That the pictures do not do it justice ie everything is so much nicer and sleeker in real life.

The area is located quite conveniently from the station which is a major plus and is also close by to supermarkets and the town centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very quick and also have guided me in the process

Nothing per se as I was provided with all the information necessary

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pros - Ample food options, grocery stores, supermarkets such as Asda and Lidl at walking distance. Close to Hayes station with good connectivity to Heathrow and Central London. Cons - Fly tipping and cleaning of the streets can be an issue at times, anti-social activities sometimes. Rough sleeping in the subway.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt and always found a resolution whenever any issues were raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

construction on the remaining part of the property can create some noise and dust, especially if your unit faces that side. Will need additional cleaning.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy access to Heathrow, m4, m25 and most of London with easy access to most of London via Elizabeth line. Canals are nice for walks in nature

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they have provided answers to my questions quickly and facilitated large deliveries.

Ask4 wireless is a bit weird at first, but it's actually a very secure wifi solution.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is quiet close to the tube station. Conveniently located near the town centre. Easy access to bus stop as well

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very promptly. No issues there

I guess the area around at night seems a bit dodgy but nothing to cry about
