Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've been living at Momento Hayes for a year now and honestly couldn't be happier with the property. The staff are fantastic and I can't fault them. Emeric from the maintenance team is brilliant – he's friendly, knows his job inside out, and always gets things sorted. The rest of the team are just as helpful and always go above and beyond. When I moved in with loads of boxes, they even lent me a trolley, which made the whole process so much easier. The welcome from the team was fantastic too. They even offered my family free coffee and cold drinks while they were helping me move in, which they really appreciated. It made us all feel looked after from day one.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The area feels safe, and having security on site at night gives real peace of mind. Charles has helped me when I accidentally locked myself out. He made sure to check my ID before letting me back in, which I really appreciated because it shows they take residents' security seriously.

Overall, Momento Hayes is a fantastic place to live. The apartments, facilities and outstanding team make it feel much more like a community than just another apartment building. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, friendly and secure place to call home.

I've been living at Momento Hayes for the past six months, and I honestly couldn't be happier. From day one, the management team has made every effort to ensure it's a fantastic place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I first moved in, I had an issue with one of the windows, but Emeric was incredibly quick to get it sorted. The response was fast, professional, and showed how much the team genuinely cares about the residents.

Overall, I would highly recommend Momento Hayes to anyone looking for a modern, well-managed apartment with excellent amenities and a real sense of community.

I'm so glad I found Momento Hayes Flat! After having a terrible experience with my previous landlord, moving here has been a breath of fresh air. The management team has been fantastic, and they're easily the best landlords I've rented from.

I'd also like to give a shout-out to Emeric, the handyman, who is the best! He's always quick to sort out any issues in the apartment, and his efficiency and friendly attitude are really appreciated.

We've been living at Momento Hayes for nearly a year now, and we genuinely couldn't be happier. It's one of those places that quickly starts to feel like home. Overall, living here has been stress-free, enjoyable, and genuinely fun. Great apartment, amazing amenities, brilliant staff, free coffee, and a team that goes the extra mile to make residents feel at home. Would we recommend Momento Hayes? Absolutely. The only downside is that the free coffee has raised our standards everywhere else! ☕😄

Another superstar is Emeric, who has to be the best maintenance person ever. If anything needs fixing, he's on it before you can even finish your cup of coffee. Friendly, efficient, and always happy to help he's a real asset to the building.

Speaking of coffee... the free coffee is a surprisingly awesome bonus! Grabbing a great coffee before making the dash to Hayes station for the train to Paddington has become part of our daily routine. It's the little things that make a big difference.

We've had a great experience renting an apartment at Momento Hayes. From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth, well organized, and stress-free. The apartment is modern, clean, and well maintained, with thoughtful amenities that make it a comfortable place to live. Everything was ready when we moved in, making the transition easy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A special mention also goes to Emeric, who has been absolutely fantastic. He is always friendly, approachable, and willing to help. Whenever we've had a question or needed support, he has dealt with it quickly and professionally. Thanks to him, we've had no issues at all during our tenancy. His dedication and positive attitude really make a difference to the overall living experience.

One of the things we appreciate most about living at Momento Hayes is the excellent 24-hour security. Knowing that the property is monitored around the clock provides a real sense of safety and peace of mind, making it an even more comfortable place to call home. Charles from the security team, who is simply the best. His friendly attitude and dedication make us feel safe and welcome every day.
