Great location Brent cross station 2 minutes waking, lots of restaurants, bakery, restaurants around…

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always responded very quickly and professionally whenever there has been an issue. They are approachable helpful and always willing to listen and find a solution.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t really have any specific wish as we have everything around the building, fitness, swimming pool etc!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great shops and amenities. Place is modern and clean. The staff is very active and helpful. Easy to reach

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yeah they always do, it’s often easier to go through them than using the app

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym is not as good as I thought but it’s good for cardio

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It works brilliantly for me, as Tottenham Hale station is just around the corner, with great links into the City and Stratford only 10 minutes away. There are plenty of good spots to eat and shops like Lidl, Tesco, Asda Express, and TK Maxx. The High Cross, a local pub, does the best steak I’ve ever had, while The Ferry Boat Inn serves traditional English food that you can eat out in the beer garden under the apple trees by the canal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and professionally.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’m genuinely impressed by how far this area has come in recent years. It’s undergone so much regeneration, with all the new developments making it a really attractive place for new tenants. I'm really looking forward to seeing more restaurants and high-end shops open here soon.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bloom East has exceeded our very high expectations!! We knew it would be great to have easy access to the Battersea Power Station (and its tube station) but we didn’t fully appreciate how great it would be. The M&S supermarket is a particularly nice resource, in addition to the waitrose that’s so close to Bloom 9 Elms

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the maintenance team, including Malachy, has always been extremely prompt and courteous

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The availability of tube and bus transport is excellent but takes some time to figure out

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good selection of local shops, with M&S, Waitrose, Whole Foods , and Morrisons are very close by. Good range of restaurants are available, suiting various occasions, ranging from fine dining to good burgers.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally very good, but we need to report all request for maintenance via App, It would be more convenient if multiple channels are available, e.g. via email, and/or WhatsApp.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not all tenants require all furniture provided by Vertus. Vertus seems not flexible in removing some unwanted furniture, as we are asked to move them ourselves and pay for the storage off-site.
