Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very pleasant and well-maintained, offering a nice, clean environment. It is conveniently located near a shopping center and has excellent access to the train station, making travel easy. The building provides good security, giving a sense of safety and peace of mind. Residents also enjoy access to a gym and relaxing shared areas, which make it easy to unwind or socialize. Parking is generally adequate, bin collections are reliable, and the street is quiet with minimal traffic noise or anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded quickly and efficiently to any problems I have raised, making sure issues are resolved properly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how well-managed and responsive the maintenance and building support would be, which makes day-to-day living much easier than you might expect from a typical viewing

The Gessner is such a lovely place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a good range of shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby, which makes it very convenient. There are also several open spaces and parks within walking distance, which is great for relaxing outdoors. Transport links are reliable, with easy access to buses and the Underground, although rush hour can sometimes get quite busy. Even though the apartment is near the main road there is barely any noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Honestly we haven’t had many issues yet, but any small questions that we have are being addressed by the management which is lovely.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t realise how supportive the Gessner team would be. Kitti especially made our move so much easier by helping us set up electricity and water straight away, which I thought was going to be a nightmare.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideal area to live, lots of shops & restaurants. Great transport links. Next to the Trainline so can be noisy although with windows closed you can’t hear anything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart from the maintenance team is responsive to any requests. He’s quick and his work is completed efficiently every time. His knowledge and skills of all things maintenance is apparent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The utilities are set with certain companies and they are not the best, with prices quite high that are not changeable.
