Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I feel like I live on a movie set - everything I need (warm, safe and secure new home, Co-op grocery store) and want (gym, access to public transportation, a few coffee shops, a bakery, and two parks for my dog) are at my doorstep. Looks like more restaurants and stores will be opening soon, but I'm very happy here as it is. Anything added will be a wonderful addition. My move-in was easy with ample loading space. Everyone at the front desk is kind and helpful. I don't have a car, but I've seen the garage and its clean and convenient. Yoga on Wednesday mornings a nice perk at the gym too !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes - I couldn't figure out a few things in my own in my flat, and received swift and helpful assistance. The move-in correspondence was also very clear and organised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

This place works for me - I would recommend prospective residents consider their typical commute if reliant on public transportation.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I've been living at the gessner since end of May 2025, and my experience so far has been great. Safe, clean, with 3 terraces to choose from, gym, co-working spaces, monthly social events, make living here really special. Tottenham Hale tube station is only 1 minute walk, with a shopping centre close by too!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've never really had an issue since living here, but when I needed help/questions about anything, the team I has been super efficient in dealing with my requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Viewing was a very easy and straightforward process. The team was always responsive. The flats are fully furnished. I did ask upon moving in, if I could get a brand new mattress and my demand was promptly meet!! The Reception team is truly phenomenal 👏 🙌

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

For me, the location of the apartment complex is perfect, as it's in a central area with easy access, thanks to its proximity to the metro station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I think the maintenance team does a great job, although I believe they should check the operation of the thermostats and the heating system.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think it would be good to specify the expenses derived from regular consumption (electricity, gas and water).

Modern Living with Excellent Facilities and Supportive Management

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here has both positives and challenges. The transport links are excellent, with easy access to the Victoria line and National Rail, and the shopping area near the station is very convenient, offering a good range of shops and supermarkets for daily needs. On the downside, there are limited dining options nearby. The surrounding green areas attract a lot of insects during the summer, which can be uncomfortable, and better pest control would be appreciated. Ongoing construction in the area also means noise and a busy atmosphere at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I reported any issues through the app, the building management team responded quickly, fixed everything promptly, and followed up afterwards to make sure the problems were fully resolved. This level of care and responsiveness is something I truly appreciate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that visitors and deliveries cannot reach residential floors, which can be inconvenient. It would also be useful if the door entry system allowed longer access to the front camera.

I really love the building. It's well managed. Clean and staff are great. The area is right beside the station and it's well connected.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've been quick with their responses and solved them asap

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There's really nothing in particular I wish I knew
