great and we just move in so we will expect to be all good

all good right now hope we can have a good experience till end

This year has been exciting with a lot of new shops and restaurants mostly coffee shops opening up. I am looking forward to the new bar opening up. Parking is always full as the place is quite full

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always helpful when a matter is raised. Some issues have taken longer but once managers know they look to resolve it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was hoping they had more independent working rooms for people who work from home and want an independent cubicle.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great range of shops restaurants and bars. Transport is very close too. Parking is the only tricky part.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well. Julian has been great at fixing the issue

I think there needs to be more social events and opportunities.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is situated in a perfect are for someone looking to be close to the city centre and also have the privilege of being away from the noise of the city centre. Having a gym at arms reach a large supermarket and the district line 5 mins away you really do not need anything else. 10/10 location. The area feels very safe, especially compared to the city centre and also the above Mile End and the down south Limehouse.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The lifts were not operational at one night and you could see the staff doing everything in their power to mediate the situation as professionally as possible.

How safe the building. I believe the fob system for each location should be adopted by every major apartment building in the city.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location near station, shops and restaurants, and a short walk to some nice outdoor spaces. Transport links are excellent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, and that’s down to both Mariya and Paul, everything raised has been resolved in minutes from reporting, brilliant and very efficient

Able to access the rear of the building for deliveries made things even easier than expected
