Pimlico is very central and yet quiet and residential. Fantastic location for public transport and walking to key sites.

The staff have been excellent - friendly, helpful, efficient and courteous. Any problems have been sorted very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Double check furnishing requirements before you commit to furnished or unfurnished.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location. Easy transport options from buses, train and underground all a short walk away. The Westfield shopping mall is right on your doorstep too so there’s lots of choices for shopping, food and entertainment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They didn’t really response to anything I asked about.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They exit process. Also, although I paid upfront for 6 months they said I owed a small amount of rent at the end of the tenancy yet I only spent the time I’d paid for.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a good range of shops, restaurants and cafés nearby, offering both convenience and quality, and open spaces are well kept and pleasant to use. Transport links are generally reliable and make commuting easy, although peak times can sometimes be busy. Parking can occasionally be limited but overall traffic noise is manageable and the area feels safe and comfortable to live in

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded promptly and taken care of all our requests. The repair and maintenance staff member, Mohammad, was amazing, he did a great job and was consistently professional, helpful, and courteous.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We also have access to the other Fizzy building, which is only about a 7-minute walk away, and we’re able to use all the amenities there. It’s a great bonus, with a spacious communal area that includes table tennis, a pool table, and a well-equipped gym, giving plenty of options for both relaxing and staying active.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We are very lucky to have WestField on our doorstep which is very convenient and a great place to meet and socialise with friends. Transport links are very good buses 2 minutes from the building and the tube station a 10 minute walk making travel very easy. I watched the development go up as I drove past most days and very happy with the end result. The street is very busy no parking directly outside but there are parking bays further up the road and a monitored car park nearby. The bin collection area is very clean and organised. It would be useful and convenient to have a mini supermarket and maybe a coffee shop on the premises. I haven’t seen or heard of any anti social behaviour so far and I’m looking forward to being on the balcony in the summer!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive I had a problem with my en suite shower when I moved in and because of the Christmas holidays I had to wait to get it sorted But it was rectified straight after and I have not had any problems since and I am happy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Minimal noise which of course you don’t know about until you actually move in - but no disturbance from any neighbours apart from some door slamming late at night.
