Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great area, parking is right by the door and traffic noise minimal! Tube is close by and easy to drive out west to the countryside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Atikah and the tenancy team have responded to all requests super quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing, I was fully informed from start to finish

A flat on Deptford Park

Flat 17 (Tenant)

Unverified

Neptune Wharf, SE8

Feb 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a big Lidl and local supermarkets within walking distance and some decent Vietnamese places on the high street. Just a big further is Canada Water and all that it offers. In the other direction Greenwich is a short bus ride away. The flat is close to the main bus routes to Greenwich, Surrey Quays and London Bridge. The development sits right opposite Deptford Park and the Thames is within walking distance. You have to put up with the trains but they aren't so bad.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A handyman came the next day when I reported that the dishwasher was loose in the housing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The park is especially nice in the summer .

Momento, a good place to live.

Momento Barking Wharf, IG11

Feb 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Major supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, which makes daily shopping really easy. The area is also close to lovely green spaces like Barking Park and the riverside walks, perfect for getting outdoors. Barking Station is only a short walk away The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, with a diverse and vibrant community. The street itself is generally quiet, with very little noise or disturbance. Overall, it’s a really convenient and pleasant place to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I recently moved in and haven’t experienced any problems. A special shout out to Mimi. She has been incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional from the very beginning. She made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and completely stress‑free. It’s rare to come across someone so supportive and attentive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

RENZ box is an excellent system that keeps deliveries safe and secure, and ensures parcels arrive smoothly whether you’re at home or away.

Fizzy Poplar, E14

Feb 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Fizzy has heaps of perks! It’s perfect for young people who work locally! Good Aspects - Flats are newly renovated - Rent is reasonable given the newly built development and additional perks ie gym included, often ensuite/2 bathrooms - Quick and efficient maintenance repairs - Good communication from building managers Bad Aspects - Carpets/walls in common areas could do with some cleaning - VERY warm outside on the common areas - Antisocial behaviour in the surrounding streets. Often lots of yelling in the evenings, accumulation of young people smoking, drinking and attempting to snatch phones

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and efficiently. Mohammed has always come and fixed things with a smile on his face

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

What the flat looked like as there were no accurate photos on the advert and the management team weren’t able to get current photos from the tenants until a week before we moved in
