Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Easy commute, shops and malls nearby. National rail Station is just few metres away to the building. Too many event days and local council hasn’t given enough parking bays to the residents.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Though the management is prompt but unfortunately often main issue is with lifts not working. It takes days to get it working causing lot of inconvenience, rest all great.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Lifts repair works taking longer than 1-2 days. Constant issues with lifts.

Excellent location, facilities and management but at a high price tag

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
North Acton is fairly quiet and was previously a heavily industrialised area, which has now transitioned to residential properties. There is a Tesco Express and Sainsbury's local within a 2 minute walk from the apartment block. The tube line (central) is within a 3 minute walk and very convenient for commuting to central London. Noise levels are low, you can hear the tube line, but you get used to it. Never had any issues with anti-social behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any problems I have been raised have been address the same day or next, and usually Dilip, FM manager, will come up my apartment to investigate the issue himself. He is also really friendly.

The prices on the website aren't always correct and you can expect to be paying more than that.

Nice place to live but parking is a challenge

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Rehearsal House is located in a lovely and convenient area. There are many local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to find everything you need within walking distance. Public transport links are excellent, making it simple to get around London. The neighbourhood feels generally safe and friendly. The only issue is parking — it can be quite difficult to find a spot, especially in the evenings or weekends. Apart from that, it’s a pleasant place to live with good local amenities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been very responsive and efficient. Whenever an issue was reported, they acted quickly to resolve it, whether it was maintenance or general inquiries. Communication is clear, and they always follow up to make sure everything is sorted properly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking in the area can sometimes be challenging, especially during evenings or weekends. Apart from that, the experience has been excellent, and the community is quiet and friendly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
North Acton underground station (central line) is a 2-minute walk away, Acton mainline (Lizzie line) is a 12-minute walk away. A small Tesco and Sainsbury’s less than a minute away by foot, a large ASDA is a 15-minute walk / 5-minute drive. Area has 8-10 large towers and mainly university students / young professionals. There’s a gym nearby (there’s a gym in the building anyways), cafés and many good Mediterranean restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The highlight of the building is the management: always available, going above and beyond to help, very quick with maintenance requests, they’ve become more like family than anything else.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The good food scene in the surrounding areas! In a 15-minute walking radius, there are many excellent restaurants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living at Uncle Stockwell has been a generally positive experience. The area offers a great range of local shops, cafes, and restaurants, especially around Brixton and Clapham, which are both within easy reach. There are plenty of open spaces nearby, like Myatt’s Fields Park and Brockwell Park, perfect for walks or relaxing outdoors. Transport links are excellent, with Stockwell and Brixton stations offering quick access to the Victoria and Northern lines, making commuting very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
You can write this: The management team is easy to reach by email, and someone usually comes by the next day to inspect and fix any issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that doing laundry would cost £6+, and that my parcels would be inaccessible after 6 pm
