It would have been nice to have the management actually cleaning than just charging . It would be nice to have development charging ports.

It would have been nice to have the management actually cleaning than just charging.
Area wide electric charging port would be nice.
Solar options on every house would have been highly preferable.
Some more design option for flooring and others would have been nice too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More options for flooring
Some energy renewable options

Mulberry Place is a well designed development located on the outskirts of Derby. It consists of a variety of simple and modern houses. The area is quiet and peaceful, there is a lot of greenery and nature everywhere. Overall it is a wonderful place to live in.

The good aspects of our area currently is the availability of parks for children. There are two nearby.

Please review your development:

We have been here for 4 years now and we are still in love with it. The design of the kitchen and garden could have been slightly better but nevertheless we still appreciate it. Massive thanks to the management team for their hard work in getting this done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The distance from schools is something we did not know about when coming to our new home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to understand our frustration when it came to understanding the land ratio.

We live on a quiet street with good neighbours. We are a corner plot so our front garden has a visibility concrete strip going through it which is pointless.

Please review your development:

We like the design, that’s why we chose it. It’s spacious and detached on a quiet street with no through road. I would hate to be on the main route in to the estate. The building management has been very poor.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Ensure you have everything in writing from millers and take lots of photos on the walk round.

What is the best feature of your home:

It’s OUR home and we will continue to develop it to make it our own.
