Living at The Draper has been an outstanding experience from day one. The apartments are incredibly well-designed with a modern aesthetic that makes excellent use of natural light and space. All the common facilities, from the lounges to the shared spaces, are kept in immaculate condition and really foster a great community feel. The atmosphere here is exceptionally calming, providing the perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. I especially want to mention Matt from the management team. He was brilliant throughout the viewing process, helping me find the perfect apartment that suited my needs and ensuring I understood all the building’s top-tier facilities. The property management is proactive and truly makes you feel at home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is surprisingly convenient and offers a great balance of amenities. Access to transport links is excellent, making commuting very straightforward. What I love most about Aerodrome Road is how peaceful it feels compared to other parts of London; the traffic noise is minimal, and there are plenty of open spaces nearby to relax. The range of local shops and restaurants provides everything you need for daily life right on your doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team, specifically Matt, has been incredibly responsive and professional. Any minor queries I’ve had were addressed immediately with clear communication. It’s rare to find a team that is so genuinely committed to the residents' stability and comfort.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known just how effective the soundproofing in the building is! It is so quiet and peaceful inside that I barely realize I’m in such a well-connected part of the city. Also, the communal facilities are even better in person than in the photos, definitely make full use of them.

The development is excellent overall. The building is modern, well designed, and comes with great amenities that are genuinely useful day to day. The management team, especially Matt, Cameron, and Andrea, are outstanding, always responsive, helpful, and proactive. Maintenance and communication are handled efficiently, which makes a big difference to the overall experience. It feels like a well run and professionally managed place to live.

The area is very convenient with a great mix of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. There are also good open spaces and everything feels well connected with reliable transport links. The street itself is generally quiet and well maintained. Parking can occasionally be a bit limited, but overall it’s a very comfortable and pleasant place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has been excellent. They respond quickly and are always helpful and proactive in resolving any issues. Matt, Cameron, and Andrea in particular have been very supportive and easy to reach whenever needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, not much to flag. If anything, just that parking can sometimes be a bit limited, but everything else has been very smooth and positive.

One of the excellent apartments I've lived in among the ones tried in many different countries. Absolutely loving my new flat. 10 quick minites of walk to colindale station, super quite and cleam neighbor.

As soon as I let them know about the problem, they address it immediately.

Actual Apartments Interior is incredible and built to a really high specification. I would say the only thing that I would change is the corridors, as the colours and carpet are not the most attractive, but everything else is next level and really is a delight. I have to say, the Property Management (Matt & Co) have been excellent. Any issues, a simple email and within less than 24 hours most of the time has been resolved so fast, which is a huge difference to previous rental accommodation.
