Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good number of small and large supermarkets nearby. Couple of restaurants and coffee shops. A couple of parks - one a good size. Right across from the tube station and close to a couple of useful bus stops. Decent parking availability - street parking outside the building often has a space free. There’s also a couple of areas with free parking a few minutes walk away. Traffic noise can be annoying but windows are good at blocking it out.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Your post box key can only be replaced if you keep a record or the key number - otherwise you have to pay a lot more to have the whole lock replaced! Also they get very hot in the summer with the sun through the balcony windows - you just have to manage it with curtains / windows and doors open.
What is the best feature of your home:
The light in the apartments, comfortable beds, and the gym! Plus they keep warm in the winter.

Very handy for Colindale station and access to nearby shops and restaurants. There is some green space nearby and a couple of parks a short walk away. Overall the area is pretty diverse but could have more restaurants.

Probably that there is a nearby Police station which means sirens are a regular sound.
What is the best feature of your home:
The design is very modern and so is all the kitchen and bathroom equipment

The apartment is very close to a number of shops and also has great transport links to others, the only down side is the roads are always under repair so there’s traffic and closed roads all around.

Nothing I can think of as of now. I conducted. Showing of the flat so It’s exactly as I viewed.
What is the best feature of your home:
The onsite gym, repairs, concierge and parcel room.

Living here is great because it’s close to the underground, making commuting a breeze. The area is quiet in the evenings, perfect for relaxation. However, it would be nice to have a couple more pubs or bars nearby.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in, so I could be even more excited is, that there’s a hosting room you can book for friends and family. It’s a wonderful surprise and incredibly convenient. It makes gatherings so much easier and adds a really thoughtful touch to the community experience.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of my home is the high quality of living it offers, with great perks like the delivery rooms, the well-equipped residents’ gym, and the comfortable working area.

Good range of groceries shops around the area. Very quiet at night. However, commuting can be far if you’re working in central london.

There is dining table available if you opt for the furnished option, which you could use for work.
What is the best feature of your home:
The kitchen is well designed with sufficient top space and storage space.
