The area is very convenient with a great mix of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby. There are also good open spaces and everything feels well connected with reliable transport links. The street itself is generally quiet and well maintained. Parking can occasionally be a bit limited, but overall it’s a very comfortable and pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has been excellent. They respond quickly and are always helpful and proactive in resolving any issues. Matt, Cameron, and Andrea in particular have been very supportive and easy to reach whenever needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Honestly, not much to flag. If anything, just that parking can sometimes be a bit limited, but everything else has been very smooth and positive.

One of the excellent apartments I've lived in among the ones tried in many different countries. Absolutely loving my new flat. 10 quick minites of walk to colindale station, super quite and cleam neighbor.

As soon as I let them know about the problem, they address it immediately.

I don't really have one so far. Everything seems so smooth at this apartment.

Washing Machine Flood - Fixed within 24 Hours. Extractor Fan Issues - Fixed within 24 Hours. Oyster Card Top Up - Almost Immediate Responses.

Beaufort Park is a lovely area in Colindale, with a lot of different shops and restaurants within walking distance. The area is quiet and modern, and there are nice green spaces too. At the same time, it is only a short walk to the tube station for the northern line, allowing for good connection to central London and other areas. Would 100% recommend living in this area
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always responded quickly and professionally. They kindly take into consideration any issue that we raise and work hard to fix it quickly and efficiently. Shoutout to Matt and Cameron for their great work again!

That renting doesn't have to be stressful! Living here is honestly the best!
