Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is very convenient with plenty of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and pubs within walking distance and it is very close to the train station. There are also nice parks and green spaces nearby which make the neighbourhood feel pleasant and relaxed. Public transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and train stations, making commuting straightforward. The street itself is generally quiet and safe, with regular bin collections and no major issues with anti-social behaviour. Overall a perfect location to live in Brighton as you are so close to the city center and major attractions
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always been so prompt to deal with any issues, usually within the day and always keep clear communication.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how convenient the area is on a daily basis, especially for transport, shops and cafés nearby. The neighbourhood is generally quieter than it first appears during viewings, particularly in the evenings.

Great area, short walking distance from Brighton station and green areas like Preston park. Right on the doorstep of the Laines with shops and cafes.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Exceptionally well. Whenever we have an issue they’re there almost immediately to help.

I can’t think of anything in particular. Everything is as advertised.

The area is fantastic, with loads of pubs and bars nearby, and only 5-10 minutes walk to BTN station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Just today I asked for an extension on my lease by a few days due to terrible timing on my part, and it was granted no questions asked - despite it having already been leased! They instead chose to take on the extra work in a smaller time period, rather than make my moving out difficult. I’m exceptionally grateful for such consistently brilliant management.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just how much having good staff in the building can impact your life. They’ve helped me fend off debt collectors (not my debt, it was a whole thing!), helped me deal with difficult utilities companies, been flexible with my lease duration and always with a smile. As a student living away from home for the first time, it’s meant the world.

The area is extremely well connected with Brighton station a stones throw away, the lanes only 15 mins and the beach 20 mins.

Just how wonderful the community is. The endless building activities, workshops and hobbies you can take part in. You really get a sense for this when you visit and have been added to the adorable monthly newsletter!

It’s a great place to live—there are supermarkets like ALDI and Sainsbury's nearby, and the station is very close too. The garbage area is kept very clean, and there are no bad odors. It’s also close to nearby parks, including Preston Park, making it an ideal place for raising children.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
During the rental process, they were very considerate and accommodating, even proposing options such as a one-time rent payment. A concierge is available 24 hours a day and was quick to assist whenever issues arose, such as when my key card stopped working.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have appreciated having more detailed and clear information beforehand, such as photos showing the view from the apartment and the layout.
