Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is very convenient, with many restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets nearby. The neighbourhood feels pleasant and comfortable, and being so close to the central train station makes travelling very easy. However, it can get extremely noisy at night — the sound from nearby bars and the rubbish collection is quite loud. Although I know Wood Street House has used excellent soundproofing design and materials, the noise is still strong enough to disturb sleep or wake you up early in the morning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of the building management have responded very well to any issues I have raised. The team is professional and efficient. I especially want to highlight Harita, the Property & Inventory Coordinator, who is always warm, patient, and supportive. She has solved all my concerns with great care. And also thanks to Gregg, our night security guard, who always makes the building feel safe and reassuring. Their professionalism and kindness make living here a truly pleasant experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known earlier about the lovely lounge on the 12th floor and the welcoming community created by the Wood Street House team—I would have moved in sooner! On the other hand, the noise from late-night bars and rubbish collection can be quite loud, something I might have considered before moving in.

Modern and beautiful buildings in the middle of the city center close to all shops and restaurants Very nice place to live in with nice and clean facilities

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

"What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional management team ,Harita was so friendly and kind, she is well organized. She was responsive and have good problem solving abilities. She made my staying and moving out much easier. Her communication skills were outstanding.

The noise when the bars in the center dispense their wine bottles

To be honest everything is nearby so I don’t use the car at all I always walk to most of the shops and restaurants

Harita was so nice and helpful with me. she is so great person with a nice smile and good looking . She is so kind and polite . I like the communication between me and her she solved all my problems with her advices wish her all the best

Living in Wood Street House has been a pleasant experience. The area is well-connected, with Wood Street station just a short walk away, making it easy to get into central London or other parts of the city. There are plenty of local shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby, offering a good range of options. The atmosphere is generally quiet and safe, and there are several green spaces within walking distance. Bin collections are regular, and I haven’t faced any issues with parking or noise. Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable place to live.

The building management has always been quick, helpful, and friendly in responding to any issues I’ve raised. They handle problems efficiently and communicate clearly throughout the process.

Amazing location, facilities, and great interior. Loved the staff very friendly and safe. Great safety 24 hours concierge . Maintenance team was always very helpful

Very fast response, great email and reception connecting and they solve any issues immediately
