Gramercy Tower is ideally situated in CF10, right in the heart of Cardiff city centre. The location is outstanding — everything you need is within easy walking distance, including Cardiff Central railway station, excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. The surrounding area is vibrant and well-connected, making commuting and day-to-day life very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues or queries have been dealt with promptly and professionally by the building management team. They are highly responsive and proactive in resolving any concerns, making for a very smooth and stress-free living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known just how good the roof terraces and the views would be — it would have made the decision to move in even easier! The co-working space is also a fantastic facility that I didn't fully appreciate until I started using it regularly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a great range of local shops, restaurants, and cafés, making everyday errands and dining out very convenient. Transport links are excellent, with easy access to buses and other connections that make commuting simple. The street itself is well-maintained, with a friendly atmosphere. Overall it’s a comfortable and convenient place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has generally been responsive and helpful when issues were raised. Communication was clear, and they made an effort to address concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Every thing was clear prior my move in. The way the staff guided me resulted in no confusions or misinterpretations.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspect is that everything is in walking distance and easily accessible. 5 minutes to town and 10 minutes to bay. Shopping centre is in 5 minutes distance. Station is just 2 minutes. Nothing bad as it’s a lovely location

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded happily and made sure the problem is resolved as soon as possible

Staffs r really friendly and the location and view is really amazing

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Amazing location being in city centre and close to Cardiff bay all with in walking distance. You have everything from shops and restaurants and places to explore. Parking inside of building isn’t a problem at all. Bin collection is always on time and always taken out. Close to the train and bus station as well both with in 30 seconds of each other around the corner to the left, close to the stadium as well where busy on rugby days and concert great 😊 amazing place to start a new chapter ❤️

Amazing sorted with in 2 days, of asking and done quickly.

Me and my wife who where expecting out first baby in 2026 was looking for a new place and new chapter to start out new lives, me being from Cardiff both coming to visit for my younger brother birthday had come across wood street we made an inquiry as we both started to look to relocate from London. Having moved in late 2025 and expecting our baby, our baby girl was born on 8th of January and wood street had been amazing on helping us out, our apartment is a 1 bedroom and there is plenty of space. I would highly recommend this place, it has an amazing team days and nights, a fantastic location as well and a place to start a new chapter in your life.

There are endless good aspects in this building, woodstreet house has a well equipped gym, an aesthetic and comfortable reception area, parking availability that is spacious and well designed, and it’s right next to the parking space.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, their responses are always immediate as they care very much about the needs of their tenants

N/A, there is nothing i needed to know, as with viewing and communicating with the team they told me everything i needed and wanted to know
