Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is extremely close to town so it’s easy to go and nip for a quick lunch. It’s also a stones throw away from the main train station so if we need to go anywhere we can always get a train.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have, we have had a few inquiries on how things work and some small issues that we didn’t know how to deal with and they have always helped us

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's located in the centre of Cardiff and is very convenient. There's now a bus stop underneath the building, making it even more convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are available at the entrance to deal with any problems you may have. It's reassuring to know that there is always a support system in place.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Located in the centre of Cardiff, there is some noise from the downtown area at night.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living here is convenient. The transport links are good, with the city center just a short walk away, and a Coop store right downstairs for daily essentials. The main downside is the noise from the nearby train tracks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The on-site team is consistently kind and helpful, addressing all resolvable issues to the best of their ability.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise from the train tracks. If noise is a concern for you, I'd recommend opting for a higher-floor apartment, as that might help reduce the noise.

Modern, Well-Located Apartment with Great Amenities

Copper Works, CF10

Apr 2025

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the apartment is perfect, with the main city centre just a 5–10 minute walk away. While living here, we’ve also spent a lot more time down at Cardiff Bay, which is just a 20-minute walk. The only minor downside is the apartment’s proximity to the Zenith building (which is student accommodation); when the windows are open on a Saturday, you can occasionally hear some noise. That said, it’s never too disruptive. Parking is another downside, simply because it’s expensive everywhere in Cardiff—so that’s not really the Copper Works’ fault. Overall, it’s a great place with a fantastic location and atmosphere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well & efficient! Especially with parcels and deliveries!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Possibly the noise of the trains as they go past! As mentioned about the student accommodation- sometimes the trains can be loud when windows open
