An incredible apartment in a beautiful city with excellent staff. Special mention to Aled who has managed the move in process incredibly well even though we had issues our end which made us slightly more difficult that normal.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The perfect city living. Incredible transport links, excellent facilities and access to bars restaurants and shops. Parking for residents is excellent and enough local parking for visitors to access. The sound once in the building is not an issue at all, you can not hear any outside noise once in the building. Even on busy weekends, reception is staffed 24/7 and therefore never a safety concern.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues have been dealt with immediately. The on site team are excellent and will assist with anything we need help with. Aled has supported is from start to finish and continues to check in with us to ensure we are happy and there is nothing further he can support with. Even when we have had minor teething issues, Aled put them to bed straight away and sorted the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just how perfect it is. We moved from a large home and we were slightly nervous about such a big change but Aled has ensured we feel at home and we wish we had done it sooner!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
So glad I picked Gramercy, this is my first time living alone, it's safe and very pretty to live in with a good range of amenities . The staff have been amazing helping me move in and feel comfortable. The only downside is the parking, that was quite a big thing for me as I just recently purchased a car, parking is not included and i've had to park in the John Lewis car park which is quite inconvenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No problems so far as i have just moved in this month
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing comes to mind so far, maybe knowing what parking at John Lewis would look like on busy days especially, although I was already told there was no onsite parking.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building’s location is very central, close to shops, train station, main streets etc. it’s offers an ideal city living opportunity to anyone that loves being in the central part of town.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Problems and concerns are handled swiftly and cooperatively
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There is limited parking space and it would be nice if the building management could liaise with nearest car park or local council to make parking for tenants easier / more affordable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We love the local area. Living and working in Cardiff has been excellent. All facilities and services are a short walk away as the Copper Works apartment block is located in the city centre. Transport is a breeze as public transport is on the doorstep if needed. The bus and train stations are only a 10-minute walk away. Shopping is fantastic as the St Davids Centre nearby with all the top brands and a David Lewis store and an M&S, too. For daily shops and grocery topups there is a Coop and a Spar right on the doorstep. Entertainment is just as convenient: everything is just minutes away on foot: concert venues, cinemas, a fantastic modern library. Cardiff is small, but it really has it all. If walking is your thing: a circuit of Cardiff Bay is a pleasant stroll from the Copper Works. It has become a daily early-morning ritual for my wife. Parking is a breeze in the Copper Works car park, but on-street parking is difficult to find in the vacinity. My son and I have lived at the Copper Works for 9 months and have had no issues with anti-social behaviour or any other police matter. My husband had to work away, but spent as much time as possible in Cardiff as he loves the city and the building too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Problems have been minimal. We had a loose electrical socket, but once we reported it, the maintenance team quickly resolved the issue.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish we had known about the Copper Works sooner, as we rented a more traditional apartment for our first year in Cardiff. The Copper Works has been a far better experience. We could have enjoyed it for an extra 12 months if only we had known.
