Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in the city centre means everything is on your doorstep shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, and parks. You’re 2 minutes from Cardiff Central station, so transport is super convenient. The area can be a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends, but you get used to it. Bin collections are regular and the streets are generally clean. Being in the heart of the city comes with a great buzz and lots of things to do.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance of the building is great, very clean and everything works fine

The city center can be noisy on the weekends, but is something that you get used quickly

This is in a perfect spot for transport links. It’s also right in the centre of town so convenient for everything that’s going on. Parking is a problem though, so it’s better not to have a car!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t raised any problems or issues with building management. Although as I’ve said above, I would like to be able to cool the apartment during the hot summer months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment building Is located In a great place. it is right next to the train station and bus interchange which makes travelling much easier. There are plenty of shops for groceries, and a few shops that are located just round the corner, very convenient for small things. There is a great selection of bars and restaurants independent cafes and shops all within walking distance. Even though the building is close to everything the street noise can barely be heard when in the apartment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They tend to respond within 24 hours- they always seen to have an answer to any problems that has occurred.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are a few road closures, due to rugby games and concerts that take place in the stadium- but we are given enough notice.

Wood Street house is in the heart of Cardiff. You couldn’t be more central and the transport links are fantastic. The city is vibrant and you have access to so much to do socially and a great range of restaurants and bars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Staff members like Harita and Hayden are on hand to make the process as seamless as possible. They are supportive and well informed dealing with requests for information or maintenance quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the potential for road disruptions and closures around the area. It would not have affected my decision to live here as I think it is fantastic to live so close to a big stadium and have access to huge music events.

The apartment is conveniently located near the station and the city centre, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Unfortunately, I had to move out of this apartment due to work, but the staff member, Harita, was very kind and considerate and helped me with the move-out procedures.

The beds in the furnished one-bedroom apartments are a little small, so if you are thinking of living with your spouse, we recommend that you see the apartment in person to check the size.
