Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Likes: transport links, Overground line one way and jubilee / dlr / central line from Stratford so can usually get home even on a strike day. Superb range of restaurants and bars within 15 minutes walk, or 20 to the endless options at Westfield Stratford. Surrounded by parks - Olympic park, Victoria Park, Hackney Marshes, so popular with dog owners. Great, brand new schools over the canal in the Olympic park.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If you have a car, you need to buy a flat with a parking space. Street parking outside is risky crime wise and the council don't make it easy to get permits!

Modern, great views of canal.

Great social life, close to stratford and canary wharf, close to tube station. Dislike - no nearby supermarket, not all residents have parking.
