Living at the heart of Wembley Park

The development is situated in the heat of Wembley park with increased security gates and fob access. The building has lots of great facilities like a building gym, refuse room and gated access. The management always alerts the tenants during building construction to allow for accommodations to travel time and routes.

There’s a great amount of local shops, lots of restaurants choices ranging in prices, entertainment choices from movie theatres to VR rooms and shopping nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always send a quick reply and send someone in to fix any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known about parking in Wembley- luckily yellow car park has great long term contracts available.

The design of the building is really good and is fully secure with CCTVs. The management staff are very helpful and take care of any issues people face in the buildings. As the locality is soo happening so all the facilities are just 10 mins walk away. I would like to give this locality a 5/5 rating. Great experience to live in here.

The amazing and happening area to live in. everything whether it is a grocery shop or various other shopping areas all are nearby so no hassle to take public or private transport to reach there.

Good thing is that 2-3 grocery shops are just 5 mins walk away.

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen and Bedroom area are the best feature of the house!

The building is well designed, with a security gate on the public facing side for safety during stadium events and a videophone for visitors on the other side. The foyer is big and the concierge are very friendly and collect parcels for you. The gym is a good size with enough equipment and the refuse areas are easily accessible.

The area is excellent with lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. It's a short walk to the tube and bus stops are everywhere

The summer months (especially May) tend to be busiest for stadium events but after that the rest of the year is fine.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The flat did not have curtain rails and I did not hear back when asking permission to install them. I would add curtain rails to the property.

The building is a focal point of Wembley (Olympic) Way. You benefit from peacefulness most of the year-round whilst having the joy of people watching on event days, taking in the atmosphere and culture. Sitting onto of an underground parking lot and built in gym. You don't have to have to battle the elements to go to the shops or get a workout in.

Movies, we got it. Restaurants, we got it. Entertainment, we got it. Sport, we got it. Everything is within a stones throw, days out are easy. There's always free activities from kids clubs to ping pong.

How amazing and fast the area would be built up (restaurants ect).

I would like a local doctors and more running trails.

Good development, close to lots of amenities including the stadium and shopping outlets. Inside is modern, concierge very helpful. Lifts do break down regularly though and the gym has been flooded a few times.
