Developer of London well deserved

I visited every site Anthology built in London, Wembley Parade is the only architecture consist of beautiful curves and sharp edges. Although it’s interiors are not topping out among others, it still has important features like a MVHR system and full Siemens appliance.

The site is smartly designed to be embraced by a creek & the greens which renders a tranquil atmosphere facing north. South-facing rooms are abundant of sunlight and the views are smartly preserved despite of the central oval tower.

The flat completed before it’s estimation day which is amazing as one more week of delay would put me in rather difficult situation because of the pandemic outbreak. Now that my health is well protected by living in this fort.

The Anthology flat managers are super friendly and efficient in quickly solving small issues with my initial moving in and is consistently monitoring the site like it’s own babies. The service quality is superb throughout.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Wembley Park is the only location I could find where a sleek living experience meet spacious public areas, and quite some green as well. Perhaps the best commute flat I could find among London new developments with an affordable price.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

wish I would have been informed of the high-rise student home building higher than the main tower right across the site.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Space utilisation is hard problem for my floor plan – I guess they tried the best but there’re a few pieces of small corner spaces I couldn’t really use well. aka. utility cupboards.

The design of the building is great, taking advantage of the small brook/river running behind the development to give you a feel that you aren’t in London anymore.

I love the bike storage availability to all users & the security available with cameras everywhere. I don’t have children but I like to added touch of the children’s playground and ping pong tables.

The property management team are very responsive & take good care of the communal areas.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The Anthology development in Wembley is in a great location just a stone’s throw away from the London Designed Outlet for shopping, Boxpark for food & drink and my bread ahead for freshly baked goods. You can also take benefit from the amazing food on offer on Wembley High Street.

Best of all, it is 2 stops on the met line from Baker Street, making it very easy access into central london.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

View the flat at different points of the day to see what level of sunlight you receive.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would love a bit more direct sunlight in the living room but cannot complain otherwise!

The perfect first home!

Review Date Aug 2020

Design of the flats is modern with high quality appliances, fittings and finishes. The development includes indoor refuse storage, bike storage and some communal green areas. Property managers respond quickly to queries and are always helpful. The only downside is a lack of parking spaces within the development however the yellow car park is less than 5 min walk and offers contract parking.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Less than 5 minute walk to Wembley Park station, Olympic way with a number of shops and restaurants and 10 minute walk to London designer outlet with more shops, restaurants and a cinema. Perfect location for those commuting into London but who also want to explore their own neighborhood.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Have a look at the future development plans for Wembley Park.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location, location, location! Wembley Park is the definition of an up and coming neighborhood with significant investment going into the local community. Combined with excellent transport links into central London, the development is perfect for young professionals looking to get themselves onto the property ladder.

Excellent, modern apartments in a great location

The construction quality is great. We were looking for a sleek, modern building in a great location, and Wembley Parade was the best one we found after a long search.

The apartments are modern, well designed, have a stylish finish, and in three or four months of living here, we have not had any issues with the fixtures, which are of a high quality. We particularly love the large living room, the spacious balcony, and the beautifully designed bathrooms in our apartment. The buildings look great from the outside as well, and the common areas, including the little grassy patch between buildings is professionally maintained.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is excellent. Wembley Park tube station, the Wembley stadium, multiple grocery stores, cafes, Box Park are all within a five minute walking distance. London Designer Outlet is a 10 minute walk away. Anthology is tucked away in a street right off the Olympic way, so there is a great balance between the experiencing the energy of the place and opting for privacy when needed. There is new construction of residential buildings all around, so the area is developing nicely.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a lot of construction around, which means there will be some noise in the short term, but it also means the area will develop nicely.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly and efficiently. No issues whatsoever.

Hi,

Thank you for writing a review! It is brilliant to hear that you are enjoying your new home. The communal areas at Wembley Parade certainly are gorgeous and will be constantly maintained to ensure they stay that way.

One of the developments oppoosite should achieve completion soon which will reduce some construction noise in the area.

Many thanks
Georgia

Living at Anthology, Wembley Park

Review Date Mar 2020

The development has a real “wow” factor as you walk to it – the design of the building and outdoor area really make it feel like a neighbourhood and really well kept

Shame regarding lack of facilities that other developments offer such as a gym and 24 concierge (to receive larger deliveries), etc but nonetheless we love living here!

During the move in process we found it awkward with no automatic doors and they’re pretty heavy doors..

The maintenance fee is pretty hefty and the lift has been broken for a few weeks and no surfaces or carpets look as though they’ve been cleaned

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

We love the Wembley Park area; very clean, tidy and buzzing with energy – no need to venture out too much as we have a cinema, shopping centre, Box Park and bars and restaurants, etc!

I have lived in many places around London and Wembley park is by far the best place to live! So much to do and see and the new builds and improvements in the area give it a real sense of luxury

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We absolutely love it here – thank you! 🙂

What is the best feature of your home:

We particularly love the wooden flooring and en suite bathroom – gorgeous features!

very secluded and peaceful area development considering its in busy Wembley park!

Hi Astin,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review! It is very much appreciated.

We’ve spoken to Rendall & Rittner about the communal areas and asked the Estate Operative to ensure they are regularly cleaned – please email myself or the property manager if this continues to be an issue. All the lifts have been fully comissioned now we are completed so the one in your building should be operational going forwards – let us know if not.

We are delighted you love your new home at Wembley Parade 🙂

Speak soon,

Slick, modern apartments in a central Wembley Park setting

Review Date Jan 2019

If developer Anthology London sought to debut an interesting new addition to the Wembley skyline, then it nailed the brief with Wembley Parade. Made up of five buildings, but dominated by a 12-storey cylinder tower, it’s a striking development, with a beautifully landscaped garden at its base.

There are 195 homes here – one, two and three-bedroom apartments – and all flaunt the same luxe-modern look and feel. Think fresh white walls, smooth wood-look floors and contemporary spotlighting. An open-plan layout, high ceilings and a private balcony are key features. Kitchens have clean lines and built-in mod-cons, while bathrooms are extravagantly tiled with chrome accents.

Connections into London are a big draw here, with Wembley Park station less than a five-minute walk from the development. It’s serviced by the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines, so King’s Cross, Paddington, Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf are all just a quick tube journey away.

The local area is best-known for its sporting and entertainment credentials, and Wembley Park residents are an easy walk from its iconic venues – Wembley Stadium and The SSE Arena. Elsewhere, there’s London Designer Outlet, a hub for discounted fashion brands and chain restaurants. Move away from all this, though, and you’ll discover the face of the wider Wembley suburb, which is characterised by a multi-cultural population and independent restaurants dishing up a mix of world cuisines.
