Living in this area has been a wonderful experience. It’s very quiet and peaceful — perfect for those who enjoy a calm, relaxing environment. The neighbourhood feels safe and is great for evening walks or time outside. Parking is always available, and there’s hardly any traffic noise or disturbance. Bin collections are regular, and the street is kept clean. Local shops, cafes, and open spaces are nearby and easy to access. Transport links are convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, everything feels just right here. I absolutely love living in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been outstanding — any issues I’ve raised have been handled quickly, politely, and professionally. Communication is clear, and they genuinely care about making sure everything is working smoothly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how quiet and relaxing the environment would be — it’s honestly perfect for someone who loves peace. I’d also recommend making use of the shared spaces early on; they’re great for meeting people and feeling part of the community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This is a prime location for commuting. 8 mins walk to Brentford railway station, 15 mins to Boston Manor station going to London zone 1 via Piccadilly Line. Buses of E8 to Ealing, H91 to Hammersmith or Hounslow , 195 to Greenford. Have good choices of transport. Regarding groceries, Tesco extra , newly opened Lidl, Morrison are within walking distance. This is a pet friendly premise. My dog has more places to walk. There are 3 mains parks such as Boston Manor Park, Gunnersbury park, Blondi park , Syon park are good for dog walk or exercises. 24/7 hour gym is located within 5 mins walk. Health clinic is also very close. It's very close to the Heathrow airport . Neighborhood is good. As its proximity to the airport, air plane noise is prominent especially when you open the windows in summer. Great west road is a busy road where the vehicle noise is also loud.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall the management team response is slow. It seems that there is shortage of staff for a building. Barely could find someone in the reception. Management service needs to be improved. Issues raised usually take more than weeks to get fixed. Many tenants complain about wifi network and the engineer came after weeks but ended it up for not fixing any routers.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location of the unit that I live has too many windows which is very cold in the winter. The wifi network is a disaster in the premise especially when need to work from home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s quite convenient to live here however, traffic noise is annoying when the windows are open. In addition, more shops are needed in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Raised issues were responded but not acted as the problem is not resolved

Pipe noises in the winter is annoying and apparently no one could fix it

Very close to the train station and bus stops which is great, close to Boston Manor Park which is a very nice park that's getting lots of investment recently. Not too far from Tesco's but a bit of a walk from the main area of Brentford shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They've not done anything - as mentioned above I've tried to get Vonder to request more recycling bins for the communal areas behind Piedmont court (which is a known issue) but it's never been done.

Like I said this is a corporate run landlord so don't expect much in terms or sympathy / understanding / actual care for tenants - they just want your money.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Brentford area is now building new houses, shops and bars which is good. There is rail station within 5 min walk, tube 20 min walk. Unfortunately living next to express road sometimes can be loud (car racing, ambulances, police, motorbikes etc.). We can also hear planes flying, which in the evening is pretty loud. Building is also located close to rails therefore we can hear trains. Bin collections sometimes can be an issue. Constant issue with tenants not sorting rubbish, dog poo's everywhere, garden being very overgrown. Also some neighbours can be very loud sometimes, dont care about others.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is responding, however it can be slow.

Wish i knew it can be so loud, busy here. I would not moved in here if i knew.
