Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Police letters being left by the post boxes warnng people of drug use in the complex (the smell of weed in the hall was unbareable). On one occassion around 50 teenagers had a party with the heluim gas, police came and arrested a number of people. In total the police where in New Horizons about 20 times in the duration we lived there. Rubbish left thrown around the complex, rats all over the place

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, but after constantly calling, leaving messages, and when they answered my calls I was greeted with what do you want. Emails went unanswered and calls ignored or locked off.

NOT TO RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are unrealible, unprofessional and down right rude.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is OK. And access to the city centre is quite comfortable. The area is rather clean and there is a Tesco nearby which is good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Contacting them is so hard if not impossible! There is no email no phone number nothing! This is a sign that people should be suspicious about this scam company!

They have terrible customer service and management!

There is a Tesco And a convenience store and a couple fast food stores close by and a few bus stops and one station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To build a man who has Good He was very friendly when explaining how to use the boiler

I wish we would have known More to do with the instructions of using the boiler, etc

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tesco Extra present nearby. Good connectivity to Waterloo using the train. No tube station nearby, need to take a bus to the nearest tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There were a couple of cases of stolen parcels. Initially the management was not serious, but off-late has installed cameras.

More clarity on electricity and water billing process, not entirely transparent.

Good area and easy transportation. Good facilities and access to train stations also area is quiet and nce

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Many managers changed during last year and I think they should be on site!

Electricity bills were not collected for 2 years and we never received any readings or invoices and suddenly they sent one invoice which is extremely not fair and not correct
