Cleanliness is not managed well Property is full of junkies smoking weed. Beens should be emptied every half week but it's not.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes they respond, but their actions is quite delayed.

Rats, parking water leaking. Cleanliness of the area.

Low Crime Rate: The area feels safe and secure, especially for families or those living alone. 5. Good Schools and Facilities: Education, healthcare, and recreational options are of a good standard. High Cost of Living: Housing and general expenses can be quite high, making it difficult for some residents to afford. 2. Traffic and Parking: Congestion during rush hour and limited parking are common issues. 3. Noise Pollution: Depending on the location, noise from traffic, construction, or nightlife can be a problem. 4. Limited Entertainment Options: While the basics are covered, cultural or nightlife options may be limited compared to larger cities.

Bit delay to my theft parcel. Refused to look at the CCTV . Two packages got lost

Entertainment and security services along with security

Good aspects - very close to Tesco, good connectivity. Bad - There have been cases of packages getting stolen from the building.

Yes, the management generally responds to the issues.

Security at the main gate, packages getting lost or stolen.

“The parking lot is not regularly cleaned or properly maintained. During rainfall, it frequently becomes flooded, and the presence of birds contributes to the cars getting dirty.”

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

“I’ve been in contact with the agency manager via email. They have been responsive and are following up, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.”

“The overall cleanliness of the building needs improvement. The carpets in common areas are noticeably dirty, and the parking area is not being cleaned regularly.”

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Flats are in good condition, great location. Apart from that this review is going to be as negative as it gets. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIVING HERE. Management company is absolute scam, high rent, constant pay rent reminders but when it comes to sorting issues, nothing gets done. We have lived here for year and a half and trust me it was the worst experience. When we moved in we had to collect the keys from an off license as third party company that did inventory check in and keys handover had to be elsewhere. Our furniture was swapped and it was different to when we viewed it. Door to the terrace was locked and management company lost the key, we had no access to terrace for over 2 weeks, same with post box.

They have, but apart from an e-mail to resident nothing was ever done properly. Resident ignored it and issues continued.

If i knew this place was such a dump at premium rent price with everyone doing whatever they like, I would rather take my money elsewhere.
