The issues continued, rubbish dumped everywhere but not in the bins. Outside the bins, on walkways, inside the building was filthy, rats in the Bin Room. Parking was a disaster, you have to pay extra for parking or simply don't and park outside the building. You will not get fined as the company looking after the parking is never present, for 18 months nobody has ever received a ticket. There are now new gates installed in the underground car park at Akron House, unfortunately they don't work most of the time and you can enter any time you want, whether you pay or not. Dead pidgeons and seagulls all around the estate, we have even experienced Seagull killing a pidgeon outside the building for fun and then flying away. Not really a sight you want to see for over £1500 a month. Weed smell everywhere inside the building, neighbours are loud, constantly playing music past midnight, god forbid you tell them anything or you will be shouted at. Again management company won't do much about it. We have had Fire alarm in the whole building going off on Saturday morning, for the whole weekend. Nobody managed to come from management to switch it off so it just rang. I would suggest you take your money and spend it elsewhere where management listens to your problems and sorts them out rather than just taking rent payments and sitting doing nothing.

Vonder is absolutely awful. From the very first day we moved in, we had issues. We had informed them about when we would arrive but when we got here there were no keys. So we had to wait for hours with our luggage until someone came with the keys. We didn't have a mailbox key for 6 months after moving in and missed critical letters from the government and council which ended up costing us a lot to remedy. It is impossible to contact anybody at Vonder. They have a new property manager every few months and they've had at least 5 in the two years I've lived here. The phone numbers don't work. Maintenance issues take weeks/months to be attended to. They simply don't care. In the New Horizon's building in Brentford security is abysmal. We constantly had packages stolen. Someone's motorcycle was recently stolen and a car was broken into. The basement isn't secure and we would sometimes come home to see strange people lounging around the building. We've complained about this for two whole years. We once had a situation where trash wasn't picked up for weeks and there was so much vermin, it was disgusting. The power bills are absolutely insane. You might think you're getting a good deal on rent but you're not because the power bills are crazy. We've paid almost £500 for power in winter months. And even when we don't use the heating we pay at least £150 on average which isn't normal. We do not know who the energy provider is and the whole thing is pretty shady. Customer service is poor. They make up random bills and send you threatening emails asking you to pay. If you don't want mental stress do not rent from Vonder. The property itself is quite nice and they have some of the nicest flats in the area but in my opinion it's not worth the hassle.

Poor. Management rude, uncontactable, no people or customer service skills. we had lived here for 2.5 years with a window we could not open, a dishwasher that broke every other day, parcels being stolen from the hallway due to the door being broke (constantly). Vacated the property and the window had still not been fixed.

This is truly a scam company! I have checked out from my flat in Folberth house about two years ago (February 2023) and did all the final official work of paying my balances and utilities etc. (all the email conversations with them exist as record). Now after almost two years they have sent me an email, threatening me to pay overdue utility balance of 694 GBP! This is really insane and ridiculous behaviour from a housing agency. Funny part is that, they don't have any contact information (no phone, email etc.) in their website, nor in anywhere else. Try to stay away from them.

The property management was nice and friendly so far. The flat is a good size for two people and modern. The building management seems to be okay. The facilities also seem to be okay. We are happy so far. The design of the flat is really nice and modern
