Good location. Co-working area. Gym. Yoga and fitness classes. Game room. Good facilities. Continuous issue with AC. Building management problem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We need to follow up several times to receive one response.

AC bill problem. Building management. Lift problem.

Good and quite location, Great view, Far from superstores, Far from tube, Near to bus station, Game room, Shared working area, Gym Ongoing issue with AC, AC bills with commercial rates without individual metering.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We need to follow up multiple times to get a response.

Absolutely horrible management. They ignore everything you approach them with. Nearly rude answers or no answer at all. I almost never see receptionist. They use there lunch time and in 1 h they go to the shop to buy food and eat it. So they almost always on the lunch brake. Fixing even emergency cases like luck of air in house and broken sockets which almost put on fire the entire flat takes month. Others more. We don’t have windows. AC doesn’t work. People knocking on the door the whole time, being noisy. They host events in common area like memorial service in EASTER DAY!!!! People entering flat without pre authorised access when I am sleeping. And I can go on

They didn’t or they replayed “well, I am sorry” and that’s it

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That this flat was an office would be nice. Very dirty flat, very dirty floors. People knocking on the door thinking this is reception. Elevator broken almost always

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lidle is 19 minutes away, Tesco is 10 minutes by bus, but the underground District Line is 19 minutes away, which I believe so many people need the underground more than National Rail, as they are 9 minutes away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The toilet seat is broken, the AC is not working properly, and the postbox is broken. None of them fixed yet.

I really like thia place but regarding the management, depend on your personality.
