Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I am absolutely in love with the Location and with having a gym in the building. I don’t like that pets are not allowed, as I would love to have a cat and I believe that small animals would not affect the peace of the place

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had know that water is payed by landlord and that animals are not allowed
