Cockroach infestation, poor window vents and service charge are the dislikes. The good thing is the area is quiet, it's close to children centres, a museum lots of green space around the area.

Service charge being so high as well as the cockroach infestation.

Dlr is close by as well as childrens park, children centres for under 5 year olds is close by.

Security is great, so it's quiete and if there is any issues concierge do deal with it quickly. The transport and other facilities for children is great. Only issue is the service charge is horrendous.. I think it's too much for so little.

I wish we looked into service charge more.. at this rate our service charge is nearly equivalent to our monthly mortgage payment.
