Very good access to central London with Kilburn Park Station a couple of minutes away. Kilburn High road has all the essentials you need.

Beautiful landscape, feels very modern and new. Usually have big open windows for lots of natural light.

I should have asked more about how the heating system works, everything is modern and hip and I wasnt used to it

There is a lot of good and few bad about this development. The apartments are clean and brand new , neighbours are social and friendly, the parking garage is amazing and don’t get me started on the balcony’s; beautiful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Our cooker wasn’t working as the plug wasn’t in but a engineer was sent within a few days and was fixed instantly!

I wish I would’ve known that there was a nice area outside with a park.

Apart from the rising damp or the little snag list that needed mending the place ain't to bad.

Wall are thin. You can hear everything

Can't describe how me and my family neighbours happy about the development thanks Brent council

They respond not that fast as many people moving in same time so they got alot to do

Not really as everything I liked but tge space I tge only thing I think I was really worried about me and my family that's all
