We do not have food and garden waste bins they weren’t provided to us. Network Homes, as a property management company, should pay for these bins to the council so we can recycle food instead of throwing food in the rubbish. Timely communication will avoid confusion. Lack of communication to tenants creates anxiety which can be avoidable!

good location as far as transport links and shopping is concerned. the place is centrally located but calm and serene.

Nothing specific! Management takes a while to get back on complaints.

What is the best feature of your home:

Overall built quality and location ! White goods !

We liked the property when we first viewed. This was before we purchased our share. Although there were few things we noticed when we moved in. Tap in the kitchen is badly design e.g if you wash up dishes, all the area around worktop and wall will be completely wet. Development team were not helpful when we raised the issue after we moved in.

There are local shops and supermarkets. Bus services can be disappointing sometimes. It seems to be noisy area although the main road is pretty close. Bin or recycling collection have been missed quite a few times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good flats with clean surroundings. It would have been good if we were made aware of service charge increase.

What is the best feature of your home:

The flat has plenty of daylight and feels homely. Children feel safe within the development surrounding. Security level is high. There is spacious balcony and some storage space. Bedrooms have good design and are not small.

Well built, not too high, surrounded by greenery inside the block, good walking space inside the block, plus the playground is a good bonus, easy to access disposal areas that are security protected, bins are emptied out regularly by the council. Good

Close to local stations and shops, easy to access the building via a fob, cameras everywhere, good insulation

Lack of parking space is an issue, also the cost for the fob is too expensive

The buildings are very well designed to ensure a privacy of the tenants. There are proper designated for proper bin storage for garbage collections. There is enough space to move around the development which is suitable for families. The development is quite safe and secured by its security measures.

The range of quality of local shops and restaurants ranges from poor to medium. When it comes to transport, we are very well connected to everywhere within London. The streets are generally clean and well maintained, the traffic gets busy during morning but gets less busy in the evening. There are many open spaces around such as parks, green spaces and open water.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really, everything was quite transparent during the viewing.

What is the best feature of your home:

The view, the terrace, the en-suite bathroom and the spacious rooms.

Flat it self is lovely, communication on the other hand has been extremely stressful including the camera that was installed issuing tickets everyday. The lack of any visitor car space is another poor decision. The aftercare has been terrible for every resident

Development is lovely and very clean. Very spacious. Great area for travelling into town and shopping area

Not very responsive to faults and after care. Car park management is outsourced and people who have paid for parking have been fined hundreds and still no help from NH. Services charges for almost everything – anything that needs services is not included.

Convenient for city travel. Close to Canal and walks. Good local shops and bus stop access. Good views from the top floor plenty of natural light

Costs of rent and service going up every year. Plus information given at the time of sales were incorrect.

What is the best feature of your home:

That it is my home . I am happy here . Like the view from the flat.

Parking onsite is a nightmare. The company in charge of it have extremely questionable work ethics. They fine you when you’re trying to move in and don’t respond as they hang up the phone when you try to talk to them. The permit we have applied for has yet to be given to us after 2 months of waiting. Our gas meter was registered incorrectly on the national database and the postcode is yet to exist with a lot of companies. Delivery companies can’t find the complex either.

You can’t open the front gate for deliveries which makes things extremely difficult as you have to walk all the way down to let them in.

P.S This form doesn’t even have my address on it when asked where I live.

Street parking is not too bad, a lot of places to park but loads of cars that occupy the local area. Transport links are great with the Piccadilly and Central line right next to us, also the buses. The most convenient one being the bus between Willesden and Ealing Broadway.

The parking issues and the length of time it takes to get anything sorted.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. We had flickering lights in the hallway since we moved in which is sorted now but we still have multiple issues outstanding.
