Lots of options for food but no large superstore nearby. Only elizabeth line is avaialable and bus are super crowded

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They should scrap with energy communal heating which is looting customers for nothing

Heating and water charges are high compared to my previous flat

The good thing about living in Southall is the open market it’s quite peace but sometimes could be so rowdy especially on days they have carnivals and stuff

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any yet, but they always do their due diligence

How populated the area is and the traffic sometimes

The building is located in the center of Southall, so the closest big supermarkets are 30-40 min walk. Transport links are superb! Only public parking available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a system to let the management know and they book the maintenance promptly.

I wish i knew i would stay here for 5 years instead of 1.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are lot of grocery shops nearby just 2-3 min walk and also the best thing is the Elizabeth line, it hardly takes me 13-15 minutes to reach central London

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always up for help, we just have to scan the QR code and complaint about anything they will come and solve it ASAP

Gym and rest area and also the best thing is office space on the ground floor

Area is nice as it's on the Elizabeth line. But that's about it. The building and it's management is the issue

None at all see above they have not responded to anything

Emergency services never available. Mattress would be broken Heating system locked
