The building I leave is modern, new and any time we needed support the guys at Uncle were always helpful and responsive straight away. All the facilities works smoothly. The design and the property management are good. I don’t have anything bad to mention.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve been living in New Cross for 3 years now and I don’t have any bad aspects to mention. There are a lot of local shops and supermarkets you can reach in less then 10 minutes, the area is surrounded by parks and is well connected to central London via overground, busses and trains.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been responsive and supportive in less than 24 hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I genuinely don’t have anything bad to mention. I love the house, the neighbourhood and the location.

No thought coming to my mind at the moment. Facilities, building management and property are working smoothly. The team is always available for every urgency we might have had. The flats are modern and anytime there’s an issue someone is coming straight away to support.

The location is great. Well connected to the city center and the city of London. Very quiet area surrounded by nice parks and green spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is always efficient for any urgency we had.

Nothing bad to share. It’s been three years I’m living in my current place and my experience has been extremely positive

The building and roome layout is great. Best quality in this area. Thanks to Vivian and Caroline, they are helpful and supportive. It’s quite hard to find the same quality of development in the area and the price is not bad. Facilities are very new and clean

It’s very convenient. Close to goldsmiths quite vibrant area. Parking and bin collection is good. There is a pub downstairs

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I lost my parcel before. Now if I have parcel the reception helps me collect it. I never lost it again

There are more students moving in to the building. They are very nice but new people move in quite often

Another notable advantage is the apartment's proximity to public transport. With two underground stations to choose from and nearby train stations, commuting is a breeze – London Bridge is just a ten-minute journey away. Plus, having a lovely park right in front of the building added a nice touch of nature to our urban living experience. In summary, if you're looking for a high-quality apartment complemented by a supportive and friendly team, and don't mind the potential for rent increases, this is a fantastic place to live.

Living in this apartment for two years has been a genuinely delightful experience. The apartments themselves are of high quality, offering everything you need for comfortable living. From a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy balcony, pleasant rooms, to efficient bathrooms, and just enough storage space – it's been designed keeping a tenant's comfort in mind. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the incredible management and maintenance team - Vivian, Caroline, John, and their team. Their friendliness and professionalism significantly enhanced our living experience, making it feel like more than just a place to stay. Our decision to leave was driven by our desire to explore life outside London further and, admittedly, the increase in rent, which went up by more than 10% in the first year and was slated for a 13% hike the following year. This was the only downside in our otherwise wonderful stay.

Yes, immediatly. Never any problems, always very fast and reliable.

Good but noisy outside

Crisp, modern design with a welcoming ambiance. Building management is responsive and efficient. Property management excels in providing prompt, courteous service. However, the noise from the street is a big problem and the window noise prevention should be improved.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local store and transport links are very good. However, the street is so noisy because there are so many restaurants on this street and the ventilation of those are not only very noise but also emits strange smell air. The window can not well prevent the noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

building management is responsive and efficient, ensuring a well-maintained property.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would like to know how noisy the street is especially in the evening.
