Beyond the service, the location is incredibly convenient. Just a short walk away from shops, cafes, restaurants, and public transport, everything you need is right at your doorstep. Whether it's grabbing a coffee, doing groceries, or commuting to work, it's all effortlessly within reach.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The Building management were always prompt to response to the issues that we raised.

It’s been a very positive experience overall, Take the time to introduce yourself to the front desk team and ask them about how things work in the building—they're a great source of practical info (like when to expect maintenance, how waste collection is handled...etc .

Convenient to everything, amazing neighborhood. 6 minute walk to train, from there less than 15 min to airport! Outstanding. People here seem nice too.

Problems are logged and seen to according to priority, well done.

Popular J&H coffee downstairs is a great friendly and tasty place to stop or to work. But price is really premium.

I believe this is one of the best location in the center of Birmingham to live. Everything is in walking distance from the supermarkets, restaurants, train station and post offices. Because it is in the busy area of town, you will hear party noises during the weekends for sure but the property has excellent sound proof glasses so that has never been a major problem for me.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes! I had a problem with the parking space as one household was assigned a designated parking space but mine was kept being occupied. As soon as I spoke to the management team, they made sure to remind everyone about their parking allocation and provide further instructions for those who owns more than one vehicle. Everything was solved quickly, professionally and efficiently.

You will get what you see to be honest! And I was extremely pleased with everything from the first viewing day
