Here is good place to live the security is top notch and the customer care is excellent. Martina prides herself in responding diligently to my needs. To get a parking is a hassle and I wish it could be sorted earlier, despite this Martina made sure I was relaxed while waiting and eventually she did allocate a car space
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Martina is very helpful and she is patient and she listens with empathy and solves all my problems

I love this place it is friendly and the security very detailed.

I love Greenford. Shopping centre is really close and a short walk to horsendan hill and great walks along the canal. Feels safe at night when I get back from work late.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes had a small issue moving but was well supported and they even help me move some boxes. Showed a lot of understanding

The Piccadilly line is as close as the central line

Living in my local area has been a really positive experience overall. The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars is excellent — there’s a great mix of independent businesses and well-known brands, and plenty of choice for food, coffee, or a night out. Open spaces are well-maintained, with parks and green areas perfect for walks or relaxing. Transport links are very convenient, with reliable bus and train services making it easy to get around. Traffic can be a little heavy during peak hours, but nothing too disruptive. On my street, parking is generally available, and bin collections are consistent and efficient. It’s a quiet and safe area with minimal anti-social behaviour or noise. A great place to live overall!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded very quickly and efficiently to any issues raised, ensuring problems are resolved without delay. Their communication is clear, and they genuinely care about resident satisfaction.

I wish they have more car park spots available I wish if they can add more equipment in the gym I wish if they can add more entertainment games for kids

Very close to shops, train station very convenient as It has co op down stairs from the apartment, parks close by, gyms, etc
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
vitul from the maintenance team has fixed my light bulbs, under the sick wood & my air vent filters. Whenever I need help with something in my property he is the quickest to come and help.

The grand canal views and wildlife are superb for a long promenade on a sunny day, which I enjoyed quite often. The fitness facilities are also good. In my opinion, the only downside is the lack of restaurants closer to the development.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In most cases, it was reasonable and promptly helpful

I had visited the canal-side area before and I was satisfied.
