Great facilities building is a bit dark but it's beautiful hope they change the colour when they redecorate. But overall it's a lovely spacious building with a lot of character the management are second to none very empathetic and quick to respond to

Beautifully located to all amenities good transport system near the canal and good woodland areas and walking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have and have been supportive and they act

Design of the building is alright, nothing impressive but not bad either. Property management is the worst communicators I’ve ever seen. They act like they made no mistake or are not responsible for any bad thing that happen. They are just like Tories really

Horrible in everyway. It was a nightmare living here. I would write about every specific aspect that disappoint but it wouldn’t fit into this space

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did write to them 3 seperate times in a month, they ignored all of them. I went to see management, they werent there. I emailed every publicly available greenford quay email adressses I could find, including their bosses’ email, and then I get an answer. And at the end, they did not solve my problem. They are threatining me with debt collection service, just for defending my right.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Do not move in. Do not be fooled by the flat itself, amenities, environment, management, all od them are terrible.

The development has good quality white goods and floors in the apartments. The apartments are specious however the building is not sound proof as you can hear always the noises from upstairs and around. The manager team are really helpful but not all the concierges. Some of them are not so willing to help. Others are really god and helpful people.

The local shops are good in general, however the smell from the Tillermans Court building is really bad. Once you stepped out it smells like food the area and it comes from the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building managers are really helpful. They always try their best to provide a good environment for us.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The way the safe area works. As I cannot always find easily my parcels.

Facilities are very good. The common place, lobby and corridor are very clean. The rooms are spacious with a lot of storage. We don’t hear noises from next door. The gym, co-working space and coffee machine are very great. Property management and maintenance team is very responsive

The good thing is about the security which I feel safe. It is very pet friendly. But if the dog waste bag can be provided regularly it will be appreciated. The only downside is the shops are still vacant and besides grocery store and vet we got nothing more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded very prompt and timely after I reported some minor glitches

Actually I don’t know how many dining chairs you will provide to me so I bring some chairs with me which end up are more than enough. I am glad you provide 4 dining chairs and 2 high chairs!

Good place to rent, however it can be improved in certain aspects

Overall, the property is good and the amenities are very convenient. However, there is room for improvement such as: - The hall sometimes smell of garbage - The gym has equipment out of order for extended periods of time - The interior walls could use a new coat of paint

Good Aspects: Quiet, good transportation and good distance from Central Bad Aspects: Not enough areas to shop, especially groceries and restaurants

The building management has always been helpful. The only complaint I have is the time it takes to solve an issue.

Dear Andre, Thank you for the feedback. The building corridors are very regularly cleaned by the housekeeping team. Please contact reception right away if there is any unpleasant smell so we can investigate further. We will inform the team regarding this to find a way to improve the smells in the hallways. Whilst we check the operational use of the gym machines, we are sometimes not notified when equipment's are not functional right away for us to set an appointment with the machine technicians. I will feedback your comments alongside with the general repainting to the facilities team to increase the checks and avoid the extended times for repairs. In regards to the shops, we are trying to get more retail shops onsite as we know it will greatly improve the community atmosphere in Grenan Square. Once we have more details we will inform residents. There is a Westway retail park within 10mins walking distance for more options. Kind Regards
