Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The Wullcomb is an excellent place to live. After selling my house, I wanted the freedom to focus on travelling and building my new business, and living here has allowed me to do exactly that, completely stress-free. Karl and his team have been outstanding; they’re always available, supportive, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team here are extremely proactive and always quick to assist with any maintenance issues. The communal areas are excellent, and my business partner regularly works from my apartment without ever having problems with parking, thanks to the team’s support. Johan provides a warm welcome to my guests and ensures we’re well looked after, while Raj is always helpful with parking when needed. The entire team are consistently attentive and ready to assist whenever required

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The property is very close to all shops and restaurants as it is located exactly opposite Highcross centre. Bus stops to multiple locations are located a 5 minute walk away, and the main bus station is a 10 minute walk down the road. I was very comfortable living here as it was extremely close to all amenities and my place of work. Although I didn't own a care, there is parking available at an extra cost.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I never had any major issues with the building, however the management team helped me a lot when I had questions about council tax, utilities, etc when I first moved in.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I had moved in after only seeing a video of the property I rented as I was living abroad at that point. I was very happy when I saw the place in person as it was exactly as was promised.

The Wullcomb provides lots of city centre living in Leicester. You are literally located in the the middle of the city with access to shopping, food and entertainment within a matter of minutes. There’s lots of transport links nearby and the train station even though on the other side of the city is still walkable. The only thing missing is a small supermarket to get groceries.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond in a very timely manner, with lots of clear answers and a solution to go forward. They are always super helpful and nice to chat with,
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It’s a really small thing but where to have a rubbish bin within the apartment. I am currently coming up with a solution myself but it would be good if there were some sort of bins already in place.

The property is in the heart of Leicester, making it extremely convenient and easily accessible to all amenities, including shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. It’s the perfect location for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience. If you’re searching for a place where you’ll feel at home right away, I highly recommend The Wullcomb for a great living experience :).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t encountered any issues yet since moving in a few weeks ago but l am confident that the team will handle the situation well when the need arises.

The proximity to shops including a department store and a shopping mall with high quality, a cinema and a wide range of restaurants bars and cafes is unbeatable. Everything needed to build a social life for people at different ages and backgrounds is within a few minutes’ walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Highly responsive. Always helpful and effective in responding and taking action to resolve the issues.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Whether there will be more activities for residents eg yoga or other wellbeing sessions, that might put the tenant community together
