The location is perfect, the kitchen is big and lots of storage. You will find the building and common areas are always clean and tidy. The management team, concierge are so nice, helpful and always able to extend help if you needed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fixed our window lock and curtain hinges in a effective manner.

Got an immediate response from my enquiry email including flat layout video to easy understand the condition.

In the city center just in front of of Highcross and John Lewis you don’t need much else, beautiful place to live, good parking space, great insulated windows great for noise isolation as ir is in the city center it is noisy if you open the windows.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick and always giving you options to solve any issues.

Everything was fantastic, we loved our years in The Wullcomb.

What a lovely residential building and community! My only regret is not moving here sooner! Thanks to the team for keeping it so well maintained, friendly, and comfortable for all :)

How lovely the team and residents are! Honestly no other residential apartment like this in Leicester.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This apartment is in a fantastic location. Very central to town, however there is minimal road noise due to the fantastic insulation of the windows. Have not heard noise from other flats. There are some bus stops nearby too. Parking in the complex can be limited but this complex has more parking spots than others surrounding meaning you are more likely to get a space allocated to you. The apartment is a good size, all appliances work well. Was immaculately clean when we moved in. Well insulated keeping bills down in the winter. Maintenance are very easy to contact and come fairly promptly if needed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I raised an issue about a tap fixture in my bathroom being loose and they sorted it within days. Ventilation systems are regularly checked.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How easy it would be to live here. The community already living here are so respectful and nice.

Excellent central location with convenient parking provided. There perhaps should be some arrangement for 'home shopping' deliveries as this is common practice. How do you get home shopping from the arrival point to your appartment ?
